How to Fix 'Nvidia Display Settings are Not Available' Error on Windows 10?
Update your Nvidia Drivers:
Step 1: Press Win + r key on the keyboard to get run window.
Step 2: Type 'devmgmt.msc' without quotes, and then click on 'ok' button.
Step 3: Expand 'Display Adapters', and then right click on your Nvidia driver.
Step 4: Click on 'update driver'.
Step 5: Click on 'search automatically for update driver software', and update it.
Now, start the Nvidia Services, if disabled.
Step 1: Press Win + r key on the keyboard to get run window.
Step 2: Type 'services.msc' without quotes, and then click on 'ok' button.
Step 3: Scroll down to 'Nvidia Display container Ls', and then double click on it. Choose startup type 'Automatic'. Click on Apply button, and then 'ok'. Click on 'start' link to start the service.
Step 4: Scroll down to 'Nvidia LocalSystem container', and then double click on it. Choose startup type 'Automatic'. Click on Apply button, and then 'ok'. Click on 'start' link to start the service.
If it's enabled already. simply, stop the service and restart it again
Now, Go to 'C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Control Panel Client' and double click on nvcplui.exe file to open your Nvidia control panel.

guys to fix this thing you have to put the hdmi cable in the pc port there are several hdmi entries you need to find the video card output

Nvidia Display Container LS is set to Automatic. But when i click start service it displays message ( windows could not start the Nvidia Display Container LS on local computer )
Error 1053 : the service did not respond to start or control request in a timely fashion
