you need a low poly version of the bow sculpted in zbrush. i dont think you can bake that high poly onto the low poly he sculpted in 3ds, because there are so many added details. If you can decimate that high poly bow, export it to 3ds and do retopo for it there, maybe you can then bake that high poly onto the retopo. But yes after retopo then do UV then go to substance painter.
