Oprah also loved Jeremiah Wright (Obama’s Pastor), and she's adopted their watered-down version of the Gospel.

Oprah was also pals with John of god who imprisoned, impregnated, sold the babies & then sent the women to the hereafter when they could not produce anymore.
She had so many people on her show…W.Supremist, LGBTQ+ Activist, celebrities, B/M Gates Foundation, etc etc…every media platform is expected to take a side. But most stay neutral to gain larger audience! It seems that when you stand for truth you come under more scrutiny! But the word is powerful and will stand and divide. The casualties will fall by the wayside. Amen 🙏
You right about that she has a podcast on RUclips don't know if it's still there but she tries to talk about God as if she's telling the truth trying to get people not to follow him in her own manipulative way that she does it's been years since I saw it and she had it on the night program I stop watching her then

Let me say first.: I agree with much of this. However, specifically regarding apostles, I don't agree with the reasoning behind why there are supposedly no more apostles since the start of the church. We have to look at the whole of what apostles did. If it were limited to the writing of scripture, then all 12 of the apostles would have written books of scripture. The church being built on their foundation only supports the fact that scripture and church doctrine will come from no other and certainly does not cancel the purpose of apostles beyond those that wrote scripture. We find the apostles doing much more than that. The main thing that they did was start churches, raise up and teach leaders and to give the church guidance and reprimand, as needed. Today it is true that many use that term wrongly, that's when what they are doing is simply diverting individuals from other churches to theirs. Yet, there are those that call themselves apostles accurately, as they are sent by God into places that are unchurched. Under their leadership and guidance, churches are started in these places. Paul, himself, listed in Ephesians 6 the five ministry gifts that promote the edification of the church. That list includes apostles.

Gerald, my son is the same way. He is very angered at the way the world is and many of its ppl. He even entertained the idea of being one who “helps” get rid of evil ppl.
I told him that Jesus warned us…told us this would happen. This isn’t something we should be surprised at. The hard part is to pray for all the evil ppl. That actually helps Gerald. It releases the burden while trusting the Lord. Also thank Him that He protects His Own.

That may sound wrong... But I mean that sincerely, that his heart hurts for the innocent. That's the heart of a Soldier. I know Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. I also don't think it strange as the Bible speaks of. I pray God guides your Son's heart and mind. I do pray for the enemy. I'm a Veteran and taught MMA classes for years. It's as though once you've seen pure evil it just feels natural to feel like the protector who wanted to be there when folks needed me, and wasn't at times. I would have gladly died for the worst in this Nation at one time... And have been in a sense of mourning that I cannot explain. I'm ashamed of what I'm seeing. I'm watching a controlled collapse of this Nation, by evil people shaking hands on deals behind closed doors. I often literally feel the burden of others... Your Son...I don't know what he does... But if he starting training... He could get that release. It use to help me... as well as he could protect himself and those he loves. I am currently injured. So I don't have that release now. I believe God may be teaching me a new way of fighting... On my knees. I pray he does what is right in the eyes of The Lord. El Rio (Hebrew) for The God who sees me. Theirs nothing hid from God. The word apostle in the Greek means " messager" which is also where get the word "missionary". To say there is no apostle is to say there is missionary. They my not perform miracle as they did in the early church. Nor do we use the term apostle we just use the term missionary

I use to follow Joel Osteen. Now I know the truth. He's just a motivational speaker. I also use to follow Joyce Meyers until I found out the truth about women not being able to be pastors.
10 years ago I called Joel Osteen a motivational speaker and made friends mad at me. I'm glad it is finally being seen.
As for Joyce Meyer, her teachings helped me find my way back to God. Back to following after Christ Jesus. I cannot say much bad about her.
We have to study for ourselves. Be aware of all teachings, does it align with the Word of God!
Watch out for songs, too. Do the lyrics align with the Word of God?
Use to watch all of them to. Until I started studying and holy spirit revealed it to me. 😊
I agree with you about Joel olsteen, but I disagree on your erroneous claim that women can’t be pastors. Read the book “10 Lies the Church Tells Women.” There are absolutely NO Scriptures to prove your assessment. Quite the opposite! Jesus actually endorsed women in ministry. Learn what the Bible really says.
I think you can gain truth and insights from anyone- even the worst people- I can learn lessons from people that have made the worst mistakes- the only one you should ‘follow’ is Christ himself- the rest you are just listening to and using your brain to make your own decisions as to what you believe- all of them say good things- the idea is to get back to God. These people that spend their time pointing out others failures makes me think they are off track.

Paul called out people by name, & That’s greater love so you know exactly who to avoid. Alexander and hamenius & the other two guys!
I love Vodie because he teaches the Word. Some people want to go to church to be catered to and coddled. He teach the Word of God whether you like it or not.

I like your closing reminder; is that ever the truth. To judge them by their fruits is one of my favorite recommendations. I also learned the value of ‘praying in the closet’ as I matured a bit. Private, silent contemplation of the Holy Spirit, the mercy of Jesus, is felt w/in as well as all around…thank you for this moment to reflect.
What Voddie is saying is 💯 TRUTH... BUT I only know one place that teaches the Bible Chapter by chapter and verse by verse. That's what is needed. Enough with everyone's sermons of their own words, Pastors need to read and teach what God says. The Bible . Only those who have ears to hear will tune in. The rest of the people will flock to the falsehoods. It's just the way it is. I have friends who have gone to church faithfully for 50 + years and have never read the bible. They accept anything they are told. It's their own fault for not reading the letter God gave them. That's a hard reality
They don’t know God and they don’t know Jesus. You cannot get to know who they are if you have never read the bible. You cannot have a relationship with Jesus if you never read the bible.
I truly believe that joel's daddy would call into question the purpose of prosperity joel has relinquished his mission of no repentance necessary only joy of existentialism.

I beg to differ.
I find within the modern bibles, a false prophet, prophesying of a Jesus who was a tiller of ground like unto Cain and not a shepherd, who had wounds which he received in the house of his friends, which were on his chest(NIV), on his back(ESV), or in between his arms(NKJV). Jesus Christ had wounds in his hands and he was a husbandman, a shepherd. He wasnt a farmer. ESV says he was a worker of the soil, for A MAN SOLD ME IN MY YOUTH. Zechariah 13:5-7.
Do you know of have any scripture that would explain when and where Jesus was sold in his youth? Surely there would be some kind of documentation to back that up.
Zech 13:5 is a prophecy of Jesus.
Therefore, the Prophet Zechariah within the NIV,ESV,NKJV, and others, is in fact a false prophet, prophesying of one who is not Jesus Christ, and therefore, a "false Christ" is present as well representing a false image of God. Jesus is the image of God, is he not?
The False image, created by the beast, is not a tangible image, just like the mark of the beast is not a tangible mark. It is a spiritual mark. It is a spiritual image. It is very subtil.
Jesus said , the words that I speak, they are spirit and they are life". When someone comes along and changes those words, they are no longer spirit and they are no longer life. Rather than changing the words to make them easier to understand, someone should be teaching them that "ALL" things come from God. Including being able to read and understand His word. They should teach people to pray for understanding and read. But of course the devil is gonna beguile them with something that is a little easier on the eyes and pleasant and easy to relate to.

These are the same Southern Baptist values that I grew up with.
I walked forward to be saved and baptized when I was eight years old (Fort Leonardwood Missouri, Fort Jackson South Carolina and Fort Benning Georgia ‘70s-90’s).
Moments along my journey that I’ll never forget and can always return to.

Not my opinion. The early Church understood exactly what qualified someone to be an Apostle.

Have they seen the risen Christ? If not they are not apostles. Scriptures is clear on that.
I don’t know bout Gino Jennings he is a strong pastor and stands up for the values of the church and don’t take no mess while he is at it That is my point of view. I could be wrong, but we should not be so quick to judge.

There are Apostle today.. Ephesians 4:11 and he gave some apostles and some prophet's and some evangelist and some pastors and teachers. Where in the scriptures God takes Apostle out? This pastor is a fool 😢 to say it's no more Apostles. Paul was maybe last Apostle in the bible. God did not stop calling Apostles. This man can't be a man of God if he's saying God stop making Apostles. The Bible says believe all that's written. God told Ezekiel to eat the whole roll. Meaning all the scriptures!! The Apostles are those who witnessed Jesus in person after his resurrection. The last was Paul. Read Ephesians. Apostle as used in the NT has a very specific meaning.
He is right about some of these people, I disagree about Jennings. Tell Mr. Voddie to show us scripture that says that there were only 12 apostles and then Paul was the last apostle. Proves these people just follow what their favorite preacher says

Claiming and assuming a RELIGIOUS TITLE is not found in the early church scriptures. Even Paul, in his letters, does not claim any title. He simply refers to himself by name as Paul and then mentions his function i.e an apostle of Christ Jesus. We must make a distinction between a title and a function
For me, God drew me in with love and kindness. Once i accepted Christ in my heart and was filled with the Holy Spirit, thats when the work and reading the Word started changing my life. Condemnation preaching never helped me get closer to Christ. My bible tells me work out my own salvation Philippians 2:12. I keep my head in the Word for my help come from the hills Psalm 121:1. Hallelujah!

If preaching about hell offends you, then Jesus' ministry offends you. Jesus preached on hell more than anyone in the Bible.

The truth is that Christ died for everyone and God offers salvation to each person as a gift - He doesn't force it on some and withhold it from others as Calvinists falsely teach. Baucham is as much a false teacher/prophet as those he condemns.
Glad he made the distinction between misjudgment ( prejudice) vs. Judgment (discernment made on evidence and divine wisdom).

I believe what Dr Voddie Baucham 😊❤and I know he is a Christian who seeks to preach the Bible truth in its accuracy.
When Smiling Joel wouldn’t open up his cathedral during the horrendous flood in Houston with poor people both caucasian and blacks and people dying. He had just redone the carpets on his grand cathedral and said NO and denied them to enter. The man called Mattress Max who owned a huge mega furniture outlet and bedding outlet, he completely opened the entire huge complex and he told the people they could sleep on the mattresses, the couches and reclining chairs. He also paid for blankets and had food (for breakfast and big lunch/dinner combos) brought in to the people. They of course had extra outside toilet’s set up outside, had special showers so people could get clean and had special laundry with washers and dryers. This allowed all these hundreds of people to feel good about themselves during such a dramatic time. Mattress Max is also a Christian but he didn’t go to Smiling Joel’s cathedral church, he goes and belongs to a much smaller and what would be called an older or old fashioned church that was built around 1890-1920. This goes to show what I’ve always thought beware of the sparkle and glitz of this new found Cathedrals and their leaders who have multi-million dollar houses and precious million dollar personal jets. You have to ask yourself how does that serve the people in Christ, because Jesus wouldn’t have ever been okay with that type of attitude. Just the fact he turned desperate people away is so disgusting and if he was really worried about the new carpets, with the millions they have it would’ve been simple to just use their insurance to replace anything damaged. I believe it showed he thought he was too good for those poor people. Shame on him and one day he’ll be judged for his selfishness and horrible actions. Thank The Gods Lord for sweet Mattress Max for opening up his huge outlet and paying out of his own pocket for food and any extra’s that weren’t donated, God Bless Max and All The Employees who gave even on their days off to help and remember some of them also had water damage at the homes but most wasn’t to bad.
P.S. Please forgive all grammatical errors because I have “MS” NO PITY, I just have side effects like bad eyesight and cognitive issues when I’m tired. I’m blessed with my amazing husband of 39 years, our wonderful grown children and our grand babies. I just hope my comments are understandable and still coherent. I was preaching on a local radio station a few years ago when I was done I walked out and another preacher was listening to my message,he asked me if all my friends were lost mocking me because I preach hell fire and damnation I told him after I announced my calling to preach I asked my pastor how do you preach to a church full of saved folks he said, like you're the only one saved

Wait Pastor Gino Jennings is a false teacher? He preaches straight from the Bible and condemns sin and preaches the love of Christ and how sin will destroy you. He also teaches women to honor themselves and for men to be Christ-like. He also doesn't take a dime from his congregation and works for what he has, in the New Testament, I believe it's in 1st Corinthians 12:28 and in Ephesians 4:11 where it's speaking about these gifts. I don't agree with Pastor Voddie Bauchem, about his opinion regarding Pastor Jennings. Please explain how he's a false teacher when he promotes the true Gospel of Christ and never praises himself like the real false teacher on your list.

and the Bible told us that even the elite will be fooled, you can go to these churches and tell the people that the Pastor is not operating right and because they have found favor or the Pastor has given them a role in the church they will call you a lie but the Bible talks of those who shepherd large bodies and ignore 90 percent of them and only kiss the foot of those that the know sow largely into tithes and offerings

I`m not a member of Joel Osteen`s church,or any other church ,for that matter. But I`ve heard him speak many times and never heard him call himself an apostle or say anything I didn`t learn from.. I do see many other preachers so full of jealousy toward him that their shorts are shriveled. They try to tear him down ,but there`s nothing to tear.
How can Joel Osteen is laughing all the way to the bank. Oh he thanks the lord alright. He thanks the lord for sending him the what has to be the cognitively most challenged group of people that side of thre mason dixon. I don't know how he keeps a straight face. SMH how some americans have managed to stay alive as long as they have is a mystery to me.
Except he believes a different Gospel....repentance is not necessary. He believes one can live in unrepentant sin and still go to heaven...his examples being homosexuals. He does not preach sin or hell because it makes people sad.
He teaches prosperity gospel.

Voddie is absolutely right about the church being biblically illiterate. All you have to do is watch a few of these mega church sermons and notice the sizes of their audience and how no one calls them out on false teachings. That means none of them read their Bible or they would recognize false teachings when it doesn’t line up with the scripture. But one must KNOW the scripture to be able to test the teachings of others. Seeing how none of them read their Bible enough to recognize the false teachings. It inspired me to read mine like I never have before. And let me tell you. There is far more benefits to knowing scripture than just being able to call out false teachers. It nourishes your soul. But for the sake of other believers we owe it to the world to learn the true scriptures. I left a mega church that has around 12000 to 15000 members depending on who you ask. Infact they are in the hot seat right now for having a male stripper at their men’s conference.
Their pastor tends to speak the scriptures accurately most of the time. But when something bad happens that threatens his standing as a man of God he will pull scripture and twist it to make sure it defends his position of authority and wealth. Sadly. This is a type of false teaching that gets past a lot of people. And they also engage in false teachings by proxy. A way to spread the false message without ever taking the blame for it when it’s discovered. That’s when you have a known false teacher come and give a false teaching and he doesn’t stop the false teaching or refute the false teaching. Or correct the false teaching. No. They silently condone it because if it falls apart. It wasnt his mouth that spoke it. So he doesn’t get blamed.
Be very very careful who you allow to be your pastor. Pastors that insist on tithe because of Leviticus. But refuse to follow what Leviticus says about their position is a liar. And furthermore the church is not under levitical law so demanding the tithe from a covenant that is no longer in place is wrong. This is called cherry-picking the word of God and it is also extremely dangerous because it presents specific verses without the surrounding verses that give you the context of the scripture and the situations it applies to.
For instance. If you pastor tells a lie and it gets discovered and questions and his response becomes this. If your question will steal my joy you won’t be heard or answered. Then follows it with, you don’t touch Gods anointed ones (taken out of context) or the shebears will come and devour you where you stand. This is an extreme twisting of scripture because the anointed ones were specific and it didn’t apply to modern day pastors. It was specific for 3 of Gods anointed ones. Also it says to test the spirits to make sure it’s from the lord. A pastor declaring that he can not be challenged is saying he is above accountability and he is above God because he is saying that Gods word for everyone doesn’t apply to him.
False teacher by proxy are by far the most dangerous false teachers because they use other people mouths to spread the false teaching. When one gets exposed. They find another mouth to speak through. So it turns into a game of take away his megaphone until he finds another to use

How do you find a good church? I don’t know anyone where I live. I want a church that loves my Jesus more than money, power, fame and life itself. For years I haven’t been to church and I know we all need a place to worship our Lord together. For now, I follow Gods Word and the teachings on utube but some of the teachers I have followed seem to be not teaching the truth.
Ask Jesus to show you where He wants you to attend
I learned I had to forgo fretting on agreeing on nonessentials. Maybe they don't believe in pre, mid, or post tribulation like you do. Maybe they sing different kind of songs than you (though still Biblical). Maybe they do this or that....but as long as the Gospel and essential doctrines are taught, learn to agree to disagree.
When we do not all agree on everything, it opens the door for iron to sharpen iron.
