Hi, I just bought Photoshop Elements 2024 and most of the dropdowns are in gray. And when I bring up Guided, there is no elive or photomerge. Do I need to do something to bring all this up? Or am I forced into buying the upgrade 2024 as well?
Good question, Robert. PSE 2024 has a new look. eLive is no longer a thing. Here is some info about Photomerge in PSE 2024: www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/features/how-to-combine-photos.html You do not need to purchase anything additional. Hope this helps.
Thank you, Ms White! I will definitely be upgrading. One question, in order to get the 60% off do I need to find my serial number to give to Adobe? If so, where can I find it! Thank you so much for your help! Paulette
Put 2021 elements on a new Mac book air and it keeps locking up but affinity photo works well, anyone have any ideas as don’t want to upgrade if new one does the same
The new MacBooks use a different processor (M1 and M2 chip) and what you're installing may not have support for that processor. I would contact Adobe and see what they say.
Many thanks, had not thought of that

Has anyone found a work around for the styles drop down menu not expanding?

Thanks Jen. Your breakdown always helps me with my decision (vs Adobe's which makes everything seem amazing!)
Thrilled you found it useful!
