Am I the only one who loved this adaptation?, it's not a lack luster unlike any Live Adaptation of Anime I have seen but I think this isn't really an adaptation cuz its a different story following the Manga Parasyte.
This is pure entertaiment from cap 1 to the 6. The Heidi name himself was very funny the male character is a very good actor and he is 41. Koreans look to young.
Watched a bit of this show. Unlike the regular Parasyte series, Heidi takes over only half of Su-in's brain and appears as a separate personality. Describe their relationship as a Jekyll and Hyde-like relationship
Its kinda differen from Shinichi and Migi Migi (right hand) is also have same case like Su-In The only difference is migi didn't make Alter of itself to Shinichi... Shinichi itself makes alter of himself
I think the reason is that shinichi prevented the parasyte to take his brain and heidi already took part of su in s brain so they cant coexist simultaneouslly
It was especially amazing that the last place of the fight was the Korean War Hall, where Korea fought a war among the same people. North Korean People's Army guns and South Korea's military guns are aimed at each other It seems like the parasites are expressing their sadness about fighting each other.😢
It's nice to see a new take on the Parasyte series, set in another country. I hope that when America makes one, it isn't Death Note (US version) quality, and more actually good Hollywood sci-fi story telling. I also hope there's a parasyte who despite taking over there host, isn't killing humans instead blends in naturally.
This is what we wanted from so long Instead making something already exist They make something with same story but happening in the different Timeline/places They could make Death Note US version Which is completely Fresh character that stumbled into Death Note.. And ended up having Kira or L as the ending cameo
They missed the opportunity of the blades being hard as steel (being literally looking like steel in the anime and manga) here it looks like calcified bones. Would've been cooler to see "sparks" when blades meet and would give a nice touch. Also how parasites are able to speak even if their head transformed taunting their enemies. But so far the vfx were great.
She got the same treatment as jaw,the parasyte tried to enter but the body is too destroyed so it used all of it's power to restore the body to normal again but in doing so the parasyte can't fully control the body.

Heidi's only similarity is being the head like Jaw, except it's a little complicated. While Su-In was dying of blood loss, Heidi was partially parasitizing Su-In's brain until she realized that she was dying due to the stab wounds, so she had to pause that to protect the body. It's why we don't fully see her manifest at the same time when Su-In is awake. Their whole schmick is basically Jekyll and Hyde. Shinichi when through 3 phases. Having Migi be symbiosis to him (incomplete, as the right hand). Migi becoming his heart (complete, replaced his heart/upgraded emotionless Shinichi). Migi _is_ Shinichi (perfect, "ultimate lifeform" where Migi still lives even if he takes his parasite body out of the host since their cells are perfectly fused at this point).
Actually it seems like the thing that makes her stronger than the rest is when in control simply has better control over the body and becomes part of the body not just a parasite so there's more at stake and the need to be able to defeat regular ones one on one so she can simply draw out more energy from the host that she has become a part of.
*SPOILER* Shinichi is in the post credit, and this Show is just showing us the parasyte story from korea. and from what it looks like, I think shinichi's story happened at the same time as the grey story
Shinichi appeared in the episode 6 as an journalist with expertise on Parasytes.... just to make it clear, this is a spin-off... Japan is not the only country who experienced the parasyte attacks The Maxim- Japan The Grey- Korea
@@comazejd242chill, at the end, Shinichi came to Korea to talk with Team Grey who are in charge of fighting the parasytes there. Migi is still resting, so I don't think that Shinichi wants to get into huge fights at the moment.
Japanesse series are so ass dude. Korea filmakkers are way better. And the fact they show shinichi at the end with his hand (migi) opens the door to a second season. Of course i want a better host for Migi hand.
@@ryansjlno way grey movie is better than the original parasyte series/movies just because of that CGI thing 🤣 I like this movie but the original is way better in all aspects. That's why even the writer of this movie have put Shinichi at the end because that character is really great.

the last episode of this show had introduce the og mc of Parasyte.. netflix is trying to connect the manga series on this kdrama spin-off..
