I bought the burly slammer plus for my 2013 Street glide July 15 2023 because you said in this video that my lower back would thank me. Well my lower back and ass did not thank me and neither did my pocket book. I purchased the shocks through Parts Gaint for $345 on yours and the site description of the product. Well burly and parts Gaint don't stand by their product because after i installed them and was disappointed with the quality of the ride. They said i can't receive a refund because i removed from the box and two installed them, so once I removed them from the box the product is not considered new. The install was the nail in the coffin. After days of back and fourth through emails and the stupidity (they wanted photos) of what my ass?. I just know now not to order their products or through parts Gaint. Back to the shocks. I was expecting a little difference hell there was no difference between my old burly and the slammers only the red ban. I figured my old burleys were done for because of the cracked rubber mounts. I was wrong. Burly just sucks.

Slammer plus.... take good look at the red spring, on the kickstand, weight of the bike alone has the red spring collapsed flat.

Plus after a week you can hear a metal on metal squeak as you come to stop. Red spring don't do shit but make noise sounding like you have loose heat shield

It's supposed to collapse. It's intended to give more height during full extension for the 11.5" damper strut
