Where I used to fish the otters there were eating swan Mussels and may be that's what that one was looking for . Where I fish now there are quite a few otters . Well done for the blank saver. I have blanked 3 times and now up to 11 pike now mostly jacks.but a fish is a fish. Tight lines!
Ey up Bruce 😎 great vid thanks for sharing 👍 please consider wearing some gardening gloves for unhooking 👍 some of the crap in our rivers these days you wouldn’t want in your blood stream if your skin gets snagged- thanks again 😎
Good advice Iain, I have a Lindy glove but find it cumbersome to use and I'm nervous about causing damage to the fish. A difficult balance. Thanks for reaching out mate 👍👍
@ it is as you say a difficult balance Bruce, the reason I mention it is a couple of weeks ago I got a very small cut on the back of my hand unhooking a low double and it bled for Three days and was fairly painful ! I cleaned it well but every time I took off the plaster more blood! Maybe just one of those things but it did make me slightly worried😆
Great video Bruce.
Be careful with the drop shot it can become very addictive.
Thank you mate, glad you enjoyed it, busy sorting lrf stuff, full of anticipation 🤣
Nice 1 Bruce 🎣
Thank you, much obliged 👍👍
Wow otter is bad news also Cray fish on one of your other vidioes I just watched but as long as your catching it keeps your percentage up.. well in ..
Thank you, all part of the rich tapestry mate 😂

A good day Bruce, at least your out, I haven't managed it yet, have you fished Loc Awe at all ?
Hi Les, sorry to hear that you haven't managed an outing as yet. Must try harder mate 😂 Never fished Awe, I go further north for my Scottish Piking 👍
Where is that at
I'm sorry mate, I have a house rule, I don't name the places that I fish as it would be unfair on the other anglers that fish there.
