Let me see if I have this right,.... Tamiflu for all , even if they're afebrile and a week into the illness ? Clearly there was no pharmaceutical company influence upon these guidelines.
Love the lecture I know as a paramedic it might not directly relate but allows me to provide better care
P.S. The beard and mustache is legendary
I have, as a Hospitalist, ruled out false pneumonia from the ED too many times to count with a simple noncontrast CT. These patients, of course, have a negative WBC and completely normal procalcitonin. Then you get to tell the patient they do not have pneumonia! The ED gets back at me by ordering a CTA on everyone who's farts smell bad and find strange, completely unsuspected tiny posterior segment pneumonias. Never a PE, of course.
Thank you I enjoy your lectures
love an update ..thanks ♥️
Oo
searched for numonia and got here
Using your saliva while handling papers. ...big no no in covid times irrespective of guidelines! Even for old timers!
I noticed that too 😅
