- I think KK did something to the game...
Note: This was achieved by a bug present in 1.14 beta version of the game, and only for the player ships which were made in 1.13.
By most standards, I believe this run could be regarded as legit, though I made this as a joke (1.14 beta dropped right before I was going to bed, so when I booted up and found the speed of the vessels in the starting menu I shat myself, and even more so when I realised it was real).

Myself on the other hand finally won my first playthrough on normal after like 3 failed runs.

Just rebuild the Sevastopol into a Lightning. Take a skylark with you aswell and make it even faster. Whabam. Khiva at sonic speeds
dude his ship is flying at 2k km per hour already that is 3x speed of lighting un moded.

moded values. I could mod it to fire 100 180mm shells and go 5000km/h so this is bogus.
@@KenrickDargoth you can also mod other ships to be flagships, i tly dont get why they didnt go all in ifthe already had modified theships files

I got the same idea, but didn't realise you can leave Sevostopol at the start. Now thinking about that - you can even sell most of it, if you need +100k at the start.
Did you try beating the lategame after this? Looks really hard to do, but not entirely undoable.
It's pretty much undoable with only 1 Attack ship

Haha yeah the ship stats actually reset after the battle so it's imposible

Not really. This was a bug in 1.14 beta, where custom ships from 1.13 would get extremely high speeds and fuel autonomy. To be honest, I made this video because I found it hilarious, and never thought it would get this much views

You are free to take things as seriously as you yourself want to. But bugs do count in speedruns too so this is legit by most standards anyways.
