A remaster would do, not a remake. A remake would change core gameplay and it wouldn't feel like Syphon Filter anymore

don't remember most games,but this game killed it played it over n over n over
It was so frustrating after you had gotten to a certain point completely stealthy and then set somebody off or missed a shot and the alarms started blaring, but this was probably my favorite mission

Interesting, later in the game Gabe goes there because that's where Rhoemer's Stronghold is located there in Uzhhorod.
Even though i was born in 2008 this was my childhood, i beat this game on 2014 for the first time

In all reality the guys would've started to notice if their guys were killed and patrol lights were out. But a pretty badass game.

It's strange to watch all these Syphon Filter 1 missions and briefings from Markinson after finishing all 3 psx games and knowing you were set up and played from the start by the Agency higher-ups.. lol Gabe was just an Agency tool at the start

he was Agency tool even before officially joined them. go play (or at least watch any gameplay) of SF3 level "Convoy" and "The Beast". Edward Benton claiming to be CIA helping Mujaheden rebels but ended up got ambushed by those Mujaheden creeps who kept giving nightmare to all SF3 players.
It was revealed Benton WAS NOT a CIA but a member of THE AGENCY who only interested in spreading covert terrorism and and arms consortium
rob140892 Ah yes, I'll NEVER EVER forget that HORRIBLE portion of the convoy level. The valley part where either Gabe or Ellis can get Headshotted so damn easily. One of the worst parts of Syphon Filter 3 for me.

Killing people in games is not as fun as it used to be.
Hilarious, I was playing this mission alongside a friend. As I’m sneaking around I decided to shoot at some of those barrels with my silenced pistol to see what would happen.
Of course this caused a loud, fiery, dumbass explosion which immediately set off the bases alarms and the militia came running. My friend just looked at me like: 😬😬😬

12:05 I always got parallel with them, lined them up and used a headshot for both. If you’re fast enough it won’t trigger an alarm and you can save a gas grenade.
Can you kill 2 enemies with a single shot?

In reality silencers doesn't silence gunfire. Good game though, prefer the second game.
Airjet2582 It does! It just muffles the gunfire, and muffled gunfires sound softer than normal ones, hence why it is given the impression of being "silenced".

Could Solid Snake perfectly infiltrate this base, without being caught, No kills, no gear going in?
lol the guards have full field of vision in this game, unlike in MGS where they can't always spot Snake even when he's right in front of them
@@pratamawirya3736 This. Not to mention in Metal Gear the alarm stops after a while. Here you fuck up once, you've got to go loud for the entire mission.

@@Baguenaudeur Syphon Filter stealth mechanics are so bullshit, at least in the first game, because in the second game they fixed a little the AI, that's why I always preferred Metal Gear Solid, is more worked the stealth

What is the simbol in the moment 2:24?
The symbol seen at 2:24 is the Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation (with the red shield), albeit due to the graphics in Syphon Filter, the Coat of Arms is partially difficult to distinguish (and consider that the red shield has partly corroded away, since the mission takes place in an abandon Soviet missile base in Northern Kazakhstan).

I can not get past this and I’m so frustrated I literally turned on my ps5 tried this mission then turned it off when I failed
SF1 had the best storyline and SF2 had the best missions.
Blimey the music sounds something right out of Crash Bash 😅. Btw the composer for the 3rd game did a fantastic job for the soundtrack.
