    The 5-way cookware is impressive. I was pleasantly surprised how the heat was evenly distributed. The cast iron is impeccably made and sealed very well. I can’t stress enough the quality of this product. Rice, which is typically difficult to make turned out perfect.
    All the ingredients can be found at the grocery store or Walmart.
    Beef and Broccoli:
    Marinde for 1 Lbs of Beef
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tsp corn starch
    1 Tsp baking soda
    When cooking the beef
    2 Garlic cloves or minced
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    Sauce
    1/3 Cup of chicken stock
    2 Tsp cooking rice wine (I used Mirin, gives it a little sweetness)
    1/4 Cup oyster sauce
    1 Tsp sesame oil

      There is actually a trick to it. Simple folding will not make all four corners stand up nicely and sealed to contain all liquid inside.

      @@offcourseoutdoors8366Just tried your recipe, except using some Trangia kit. Rice in a small mess tin. Broccoli in a large mess tin. Beef in the pan with a lid. Couldn’t get the sauce to congeal, but tasted amazing!

      That’s wonderful! I hope you had a fun time making and eating it. Typically the cornstarch mixed in with the beef will get the sauce to thicken but in the case it does not, you can make a slurry of cornstarch and water which you can add slowly until you get the desired thickness.     Looks amazing. I think this dish at least would be easier in a skillet, although the cast iron may provide better results with rice. Now make a tamagoyaki video!
