Cheap Fix for an Air Compressor That Won't Build Pressure

This air compressor wasn't building any pressure. With a little bit of time and tinkering we were able to fix it with no money spent and now have a perfectly good working compressor. Tools don't have to be expensive if one is willing to put a little time and effort into an older piece of equipment. They can often be fixed.
