Turning off BassUp and setting a custom EQ definitely improves the Anker Motion+ I use this every day. Got a Soundcore Boost coming tomorrow for the bedroom so will find out if this applies at home.

hahah I must say its close and its down to personal opinion and taste Flip 5 has better bass so Flip 5 wins it for me. Motion plus wins on clarity though.
Nice concise review, I also have the JBL Flip 5, UE Wonderboom 2 and Bose SoundLink Mini II (Jam Heavy Metal look-alike). I do agree that the JBL Flip 5 is a great sounding bluetooth speaker but it's ranked # 4 out of my seven favourite portable speakers.

The soundcore motion plus is better sound and louder compare with the jbl flip 5 but my favorite bluetooth speaker is the jbl flip 5 because its small good bass and louder for the size. My 2nd favorite is soundcore motion plus because have bluetooth aptx and frequency response 50h-40kh The jbl flip 5 is 65h-20kh Sorry for my english im french
Wow I didn't know the motion+ had such a wide frequency range. You have great taste "mon ami" as these are also my 2 top favourites. JBL for travelling and motion+ for my office.

They are very different, so it depends what you want them for. The motion plus is way superior. Wonderboom is more portable and has 360deg sound. I would personally go for the Motion plus or perhaps 2 Wonderbooms.
@@BROSQUEE1 If you use the app to create your profile, you never have to use it again. The speaker remembers the profile you set. And yeah, just connect to Bluetooth, it's how the app connects too.

One Flip 5 is Awesome. But Two Flip 5 in Stereo mode are Fantastic.

I think the soundcore design looks cheap compared to the competitors however the sound quality is on point

The Charge has more bass than all of them, as its also bigger in size and would recommend it over the Pro+ if you can afford the price as its pricier.

it was worse I had it and these speakers are a higher level the anker 2 sounds only 12 watts and the bass is busting a bit
