Friends in this Advanced mobile phone repairing course we will learn ic replacement. In mobile phone mother board BGA IC is used. All the ICs on smart phone board are installed through BGA technology. Like CPU EMMC Power IC Network IC or any other IC. After Watching these five video you will be able to change any mobile phone ic easily at your workshop. In the first video I have introduced all the tools that are required before starting the process. In the second video I start to remove IC and then clean its solder from all the points and ready it for next process. In the third video I have told about cleanliness of the stencil. Stencil cleaning is an important process. I believe not only stencil cleaning but every point is equally important to successful complete the process. The forth video is about IC reballing. And the fifth and last video is about IC Replacement. Please watch all the video to understand the whole and successful process.
