Fred is correct about Grandus, Chris from The Interview Room confirmed it, files sealed in Wisconsin, she is not meant to be around children at all. Imo it's because she's violent.

I don't think LE was ever called when Don 'supposedly traded his oldest son to a drug dealer'. Which in my opinion never happened, I think he may have left the child at the house to perhaps go use the drugs. IF he had in fact traded the child, why would the drug dealer call Pam (Don's wife at that time)? That makes no sense. So then how would LE in TN be aware of that? I don't believe there is anything on Grandus's record to prevent her from being around any children. Proof being she remained at ben hill with the boys at that residence after Summer was reported as missing. And you know that LE ran her record & would have been aware of it, IF she wasn't allowed to be.
