Beautiful, I wasn't sure at first, but it came out gorgeous!!! My future daughter in law must have over a hundred bottles of nail polish, I'll have to go "borrow" some from her. 😆. thanks for sharing your wonderful craft with us
hi mona, another great tut. could you tell me what was the reason for the first coat of well bond, before you started with the nail polish in the center?
I actually did the Weldbond over the whole back of the plate first. When I did the glass nail polish stones over a year ago, some people told me the nail polish peeled off. I put the Weldbond on hoping they would not have same problem and the nail polish would stick better.
Do you have or could you do a tutorial on plate flowers for the garden? I have been collecting plates, bowls, and small creamers (for centers). I have found these flowers at flea markets but no one is forthcoming on how to assemble them. The glue would need to be waterproof....
It's Weldbond and it's a great glue. I used it on my Artichoke Garden Art and it is still holding up. It was out in wind, rain, snow and 90+ degree weather and nothing fell off. Recycled Artichoke Garden Art Craft Klatch Make Something Monday

I have not, but let me think about it. I've never made one. :)
What is a " well bond" ( base for pie plate).
do you let the nail polish dry between colors
Yes I did.
How do you wash it?
I had the same problem as I wanted to glitter a plate. I found the same one at walmart believe it for 88 cents.
