I love the drawing of Rose, it actually matches her body type while making her prettier. Anyone ever wonder how crazy it must be for Jasper, realizing that Rose was so powerful because she was a diamond and that she'd been raising her hand to Pink Diamond the entire time? You can see she has a sort of awe/respect towards Rose and her accomplishments, she's even able to recognise Rose's shield when Steven uses it on sight. I mean, yes, she also says so out loud, but I'm talking between the lines.
Theory: Rose has begun the early stages of labor. She goes to tell someone but can only find pearl. Before the contractions really start to kick in, she sings this song to her as a last goodbye, letting her know that pearl will always mean something to her, even though Rose chose Greg.
She wouldn't have contractions or go through labor, nitwit. She would immediately disappear once Steven is ready to be "born" It would be similar to when we see gems shapeshift (as that's what she basically did)
