Great video. Massive penny just dropped! My golf swing journey summed in one video. Shot 73 my best round ever after morning after reading Rotella and now gone back to playing ‘golf swing’ searching for shaft lean, compression and now can’t break 80 and my back is aching. Thank you for the wake up call. Merry Christmas!

Tried bowing the left wrist for a round. Ending up hitting low duck hooks and my wrist was sore. I think you are correct and my right wrist was still flipping through impact.

Did this for years with a neutral grip. But because of wrist injuries, changed to a strong grip and maintained a cupped wrist(lead hand) through impact with shaft lean of course. Fred Couples, John Daly, and Mac O'Grady(at one point) do this. Definitely took some time to adjust. Feels much better with less manipulation.

Step 1: look in the mirror. Check. Step 2: plug in my birthdate. Check. Result: well over 24. Step 3. Play from the forward tees. Check.
