it just because i saw a third rail there. i thought it is a cable car. streetcar and cable car is a tram. the different is just the system. cable car use third rail cable to pull the train while streetcar use electric cable to function. normally tram use overhead pantograph but this one use third rail. so for this kind of train i think it belongs to streetcar because the electric system is used. actually streetcar, trolley car, cable car is all a tram.
This tram is a Citadis, built by Alsthom. It uses the middle rail for power pickup. This system is called APS-System - the middle rail only has power as long a train is above it, the middle rail is sectioned, and each section switches off, if the tram leaves this section.
