    Bob my name is Matt and I’m 16 and I really look up to you and your videos! Your awesome eventually I want to open a thrift store corporation with my family. I wanted to lease a former Bed Bath and Beyond I called the realtor and they said that they can’t do a thrift or discount store which makes no sense since they have one in the lot. The lease was 1,365,000 a year for lease plus Cam and Taxes in was a Triple Net lease

      Is it possible that each current tenant has a clause in their lease stating that the owner can't lease to a second business in their particular category, so as to prevent hyperlocal competition?
