台灣離開務農耕作為主其實不過50年上下，而當時普遍生活拮据，一口醃製品，配上一碗飯稀飯是平常，鹹鴨蛋也是其中一種。現在好吃又常見的是苦瓜鹹蛋，歡迎嘗試
