    It is so weird that people put butter in their coffee when they can just use cream because the butter is made directly from the heavy cream! 😂

    I think a better option is Mounjaro GP1 not surgery and change lifestyle. High fat carnivore. Put MCT and BUTTER in Coffee.

    • @mercy2084
      @mercy2084 Месяц назад

      Mounjaro ... and Ozempic ... and the other drugs ... are not good options.
      Look at all of the RUclips videos about the dangerous side effects ... most recently, there have been deaths.
      There are many lawsuits right now.

    Dr. Oz, I keep thinking of your book, You On a Diet. That's where I learned about Grehlin and Leptin. What are your thoughts on the Semaglutide craze? As a cardiovascular surgeon, do the benefits outweigh the risks for someone who's medically considered obese?

      perimenopause weight gain - drop and fluctuation in oestrogen, progesterone etc. Dr Mary Clare Haver and Dr Rhonda Wright have good info. basically eat more protein, fibre and some cardio and strength training.

      Look for a elderly doctor who has a series on beat diabetes...you would be surprised that sugar comes in so many forms and the insulin spikes it causes could be causing you not to lose weight...it does require a total dietary change of almost no carbs and more protein in every meal to really start to regain metabolic health....even fruit can cause delays....I had no idea what bread and orange juice was doing to me and now at ahe 45 I have finally started to drop lbs just from staying away from anything at all with sugar in it

      It’s cause your Sis n law didn’t fix her relationship with food … surgery isn’t magic - it’s just a tool - you still have to eat well in order to lose .

  • @suzannehofer2541
    @suzannehofer2541 Месяц назад

    I’ve tried everything, but surgery I won’t do that. My way it started being a problem after my third child. I just turned 21 and it just didn’t come off the way it did before by the time I was in my early 30s I weighed probably 140 550 pounds I am a 53 frame of my mother and sister were petite and called me elephant. Now at 65 my weight has balloon to 190 and no matter what I do I can’t seem to get it down. I do have severe mobility issues because of a car, accident and fibromyalgia with degenerative disc disease. I have been diagnosed with type two diabetes, so it seems no matter what I eat or don’t eat the week just will not come off. I tried Jenny Craig I came 15 pounds in two weeks. It was a constant struggle to eat the amount of food that they expected you to eat, and if you deviated from that all at all you were made to feel inferior. I also did Jenny Craig, which I did reach my goal, target weight, but they never taught me how to to stay there to eat the way you need to eat to remain that way when she went off their food program.
