    What to expect after installation; Increased attack, sustain for days, note articulation, note separation, even volume on each string, stronger signal output, increased vibration through the neck and body, the harmonic structure is greatly improved while the Lows get tight, the mids sizzle, & the highs have a nice chime so when you adjust the treble it doesn't break up and become harsh or brittle. Sweeps and arpeggios sound so much better. This block improves the full audio Spectrum

    The laws of physics prevail here, since everything has a specific resonant frequency, all aspects of sound wave transference is affected by mass and density. Woodwinds, acoustic enclosures and percussion materials are critical to tonality and projection much like the materials used in amphitheater’s or recording studios. Foam reacts differently on a wall versus carpet versus sheet rock and so on. When density and mass of materials are different, the sound characteristics are also different. Why wouldn’t you want to sound unique or different ? And we certainly can’t ignore the laws of physics 💪

    i recently bought the Kelly PRO and Ive got to say im impressed. I did have my concerns but they were all tampered and im more then happy with it. The neck is just like my usa 85 Charvel which makes me very happy and it just has a great clear tone and is so easy to play. I also like that youve got 4 springs on that Charvel, my E-II M-II has 4 and it flutters more than any other ive ever heard and isnt any firmer than a 2 spring.

    I see they added the bevel to the bottom for more travel. Finally someone that makes bigger blocks is doing that. When I get or make bigger blocks I always machine a bevel on the bottom like that for travel. So far with all the blocks I have tested I still go back to the stock Small Floyd Blocks. I have not tested stone so i cant say good or bad.

      @@benburnett8109 Are you on medication, Ben? This isn't about trying to sell another millimeter or two of granite... it's about using the right size block for the depth of your Floyd Rose bridge. Example; an archtop Soloist can use a 42mm block... but that would be too big for a Soloist with a recessed Floyd... you might not be able to get your control plate on. Are things a little clearer now?

    Would love to see a scientific comparison. Before and after modification with same guitar + same strings and without changing pickup height + same bridge setup. I am extremely sceptical about "tone wood" kinda stuff. Probably going to effect the sustain just a bit like titanium and brass tremolo blocks. But not sure about the tone.

    • @StoneToneProducts
      @StoneToneProducts  2 года назад +6

      On my channel George Lynch did a comparison and there's another called John Rainey A-B comparison so as far as scientific data goes, that'll never satisfy everybody's subjective opinion but if you're that curious, put one on your guitar because you won't regret it 👊🏻😎 And then you'll know firsthand..

    I love original Floyd Rose tremolos but unfortunately I don’t have a guitar with one on it anymore. I have an Ibanez Jiva 10, will there ever be a block made that would work on the edge zero KL?
