I literally created an alt count just so i could get hayes ( i tried all month last year and failed ) , right now , i just reached lv 15 and will soon get quinn .
Use kart kid and odd port. Max them both then place 2 scientists and max them. Place a specter and max it too. Eventually you will get the imp sabotage
