It is mad that folks spend close to a grand to buy scale rigs to crawl, and then spend close to a grand to try to optimize them up the wazoo to get maybe 25% better crawling out of them. When instead, you can buy this thing which will literally destroy even the very best LCG "scale" crawler straight out of the box in RTR format. AND, it will look awesome doing so...
@@DESOUSAB Yea but it's a different category. The bully wouldn't be allowed in a scaler competition, different class entirely. When you go to moa competitions, the bully isn't even top tier. But it is still a good base to build on.

There’s something so satisfying about watching these crawlers defy gravity, I guess it’s like solving a puzzle as you drive up the impossible. I’ve always been into scale micro crawlers but I’d love to give one of these rigs a go
Those reminds me of what the old super class Clodbusters we're ,the moa have came a long way . They sim to climb very well . Like the vids of different rigs . Great job Logan
Yes, lovin the MOA bully. Jaw dropping how capable it is, I'd like to own one, however I'm not sure I could justify it. Thanks for sharing, congrats on ten thousand subs, you earned them. John
Def feel that “full size” comment. Just got my first RC in a stock Capra 4WS, and the number of times I’ve wanted front and/or rear dig already. Keep watching the MOA vids. 😂
I just bought my daughter an rc car (temper ecx) I never imagined that it would bring us so close!! the thing does crawl pretty good. I've been hooked on all your videos. I plan on having fun with this thing for a while and grab something like this or the capra! your set up is so damn impressive. thanks a ton for the videos
I've built my own MOA using a RRC Hustler chassis and bully 2 Axles. I've got A hobby King twin stick I'm using to run it with the front drive and steering on one stick and rear drive and steering on the other. I think I've just about given myself to much to do trying to control it though. I haven't got it on any rocks yet and its just about ready to be pulled apart and upgraded once some parts turn up. I love watching your bully work I'm almost wising I had gone down that route instead.
Absolutely would like to see more of the MOA car. Been debating on one or a Capra. Can’t imagine you would need 4WS with a MOA car. What’s you’re opinion?
Something I thought of, watching these MOA's, is regarding the body squatting down, when dragging the rear, and it lowering the CoG. Anyone thought of a way to put a servo in to control the squat? Something that could pull the body down or push the wheel base out so you could control the height for either max belly clearance or lowest CoG.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on an XR10 recently. MOA is such a different beast! Front dig, rear dig, twin ESCs, 2 motors, not as easy as the pros make it look, though! People will argue that they make it too easy but I like to think of it as taking you places you could never imagine with a shafty! I prefer running mine with a body, just looks the part 👍 Some great climbing, Logan!
Great video. This crawler is a beast. Enjoy your videos, I am a fairly new subscriber. I live up in Cedar. Just got into the 1:18 scale crawlers and have been having a great time. Then I saw this beast. Wow, love how this machine moves and articulates. Look forward to watching your other videos. 👍🏼
You're really selling me on the MOA! Such amazingly precise control, I can def think of some really rough terrain nearby where one of these would be sick. Do you guys ever comp with these? It would be cool to see it run some gates.
Hi. I pack everything on the front axle. 2 castle creations micro sidewinders that I smush together. Solder together. And unbox the receiver. Than you get it all text to a 3s 600 lipo.
Great video, Logan. Don't worry about your video length.... I can't speak for all of your followers, however, I personally could watch your videos all day. So, I say for me, make them loooong if you want to. Like Josh and Matt have no problem posting 3 and 4 hour videos... And, trust me, I watch the whole thing... Every time. So, just do you, bro. This is YOUR channel not ours. You're a Rock Star.... Rock on! 😎
Another Great Video! I've seen those MOAs in competition but never had them explained like you do. Thanks! How would a 4WS Capra do with those Pin tires? I guess the gearing would be all wrong.
Can you add rear steer, just curious to see if it work or not, keep it up your doing good to educate others that be interest to get them started in the field of rc.im retired and getting bored, you gotta stay busy at our age 👍☕️☕️✌️
Hello. the vehicle you show on the video is the one in the link...? original or with modifications? I'm french so sorry if you mentioned it in the video or comments. thank you in advance.
See his first MOA video from a few months back - he bought it decked out from a dude in Puerto Rico. It most certainly is not the RTR version - which many people rip on, but in my experience it ran very, very, very well.
I've tried installing some HW Fusion motors which some dude on the interwebs told me would fit no problem - only to find that they don't fit - at all. I'm now waiting on a second V3 HH Revolver 540 motor and will give that a go as an alternative setup with some Micro X esc's.
@@westdesertwheeler I was thinking of saying the same thing Dlux, but they are expensive so the other solution to that is adjust your radio at the endpoint adjustments so you don't lock them out and bind them that's probably why you're breaking them you're binding them.
@@driftcraze2138 Can attest to this. I ran mine with stock RTR electronics and settings for some time without incident. It wasn't until I ripped out the stock servo and installed a 3Brothers G14 servo that I ripped up the front axles.

Axial Basecamp, or Traxxas TRX-4 would be my personal opinions, they're very simple compared to the one in this video, and they're decently cheap compared to others as well.
TRX4 Sport is your best bet as a beginner. Quality rig, not expensive, portal axles (for slightly better ground clearance). If you want something that is going to give you a richer upgrade experience, go instead for the competition and find a used scx10ii from Axial. Same as the Traxxas TRX4, but the plastics are less robust and the clearance is just a bit less due to not having portal axles.

Hey mike thanks for checking this one out! Very fun cars to run
I really wish this thing had rear steer. On a scale of 1 to 10 how much more capable is this than the Axial Capra 4WS?
Cool video!! Thanks Logan
That steering angle is insane! Just needs rear steer…
Awesome rig there my friend. I'll have one of those some day..........

How come I saw your rear wheels spinning but not the front ? When before it was just the front ? So do you have front and rear dig

They are so you push them harder
Would blrushless motors with FOC speed controllers give you back your "mechanical drive feel"?
Possibly
