AMUT has more than 50 years of experience in plastic sheet extrusion and it offers to the Customers complete and technologically advanced lines to produce foils and sheets from a wide range of thermoplastic materials, to be used for a large number of different applications.
The AMUT production range includes extrusion lines with nominal width from 400 to 3300 mm and thickness from 150 microns for foils up to some centimetres for sheets or multicellular panels.
The number of co-extruders is defined depending on the specific needs of the customer and the characteristics of the finished product. Using the AMUT extrusion lines, sheet configuration up to 9 layers and output capacity over 4000 kg/h can be obtained.

sistema di estrusione ppl molto snello e semplice, forse un po scomoda la posizione dei rifili ma nel complesso davvero un bel sistema.
Lo que mas me impresionó fue ver un solo operario.

I'm from Brazil. We need to build a building with basement, ground and a upfloor. In the basement, there will be a tank to raise fish. On the ground, classroom. And upstairs, plants for human consumption. The building is very small, as it will be a sample: 12 meters by 6 meters. Would this material (fiber reinforced plastic plate) serve for this construction? Is it safe? Did you think of something to neutralize the static energy? haaa this extruder is so high tech, the one i operate at my job is a Davis standard from the stone age compared to this.. just look at the size of those chrome rolls, very impressive

in the finished product there are ripple problems, how to solve it?
Is that the process don't need any adhesives.
Is it common to blend PP+PE to produce tape? Does it have any specific name?
