I know!! I'm sure looking like that doesn't hurt their efforts to be happy. People are generally nicer and more accommodating to extremely attractive people. They definitely get more opportunities. There's no affirmative action-type program for us uggos.

No. Just no. That’s not how it works. It’s not a mindset, sadness overwhelms you. Happiness isn’t “oh I’m happy!!”. You don’t wake up and say “I’m happy and feel happy all day.
Another girl “I try to be happy. It’s easy to be happy” like tf if it was that easy, depression wouldn’t be an issue. That kinda comments makes depressed ppl feel guilty for their depression

I think happiness is not stable just as human relationships are not. The biggest mistake you can make is that you want to be happy. Appreciate what you have and be grateful.

I am sometimes happy, sometimes i am not because i remembered bad things that happened to me in the lasta years, traumatic things but i fight to be happy thats my goal and i will reach it thanks to God.
That's a subjective question to answer for sure , depends how we all describe happiness . I'm glad that the majority of people said that they are happy 😊
Always ask your friends if they are ok sometimes a smile can hide a lot. Also keep up the great work on this channel 👍
My answer fluctuates depending on the day. I have happy moments and depressing moments. I try to appreciate what I have because it can be a lot worse. Sometimes it's hard to do that. You emotions don't care about logic.
There reactions are wholesome, made me feel better and know that I’m not the only one on this pursuit of happiness.

I don’t think anyone who says they are happy, are truly happy. Life is all about balance and if you only say you’re happy it’s a lie. Sadness and happiness go hand in hand. It’s easy to say you’re happy because it’s something positive, it’s something that you want, sadness isn’t something you want. When I look at people around me, even myself, I find that we are all in our own little world chasing after happiness. Let me just say that you don’t have to feel like you should be happy all the time because then it becomes something that you want. Embrace your sadness, embrace the negative emotions and learn from it. You will know you have found true inner peace when you don’t feel only positive emotions, but rather, everything collectively as something beautiful and complex.

I actually did this a couple years ago and last year was the best year or my life. So much happiness and little sadness. Nowadays I'm going through a sad period again, however I'm counting on it that it is just a phase and it will get better soon.
@@luc6284 we are always where we need to be my friend. Sometimes we need to go through certain situations to learn more about ourselves. It’s all about perspective.

Ihv met very few people whom I can say they are happy. I thought lots of wealth nd possesion might make people happy, but it was not true.

UNHAPPINESS in most people boils down to the lack of money, if you dig deep. There is no way around that. If they are wealthy and unhappy is because they don't know how to find happiness.
I tried to act as i m happy all time for about 5 month
