My body's freakimg sore right when i woke up this morning. I think because i ran on a trcak yesterday. I completed 6reps. And especailly my right knee started kind of being itches. All buildings of our appartment complex have been in an elevater construciton for almost a month. The worst thing is that I live on the FIFTEENTH floor which means i have to go up and down the over200 stairs every day, which it sucks.
a. I went to the gym on Saturday. It's been a while. Today, my knees kind of ache. Maybe it's because of exercising that day. b. My son is really into in-line skating these days. He comes home with cuts and bruises all the time. The other day, he hurt his knee and said, "Mom, my knee really stings. c. I've been getting these blinding pains in my lower back. At one point, I put on a pain patch and it really burned. d. My son used to have really bad allergic symptoms, when he was 6. Some parts of his body broke out in red and he itched like crazy. e. I've always wanted to go to a massage shop, but my wife is really ticklish so she doesn't like massages. She said 'I wish it didn't bother me so much.' f. Yesterday, I worked out for over an hour. My arms are really sore. Thanks for everything. Have a nice week. Bundle up! It's getting really cold.
