Tennessee Onions | Easy Side Dish Recipe

Tennessee Onions
2 - 3 lbs Vidalia or Sweet Onions - sliced 1/4" thick
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Buteer - cut in pieces
1 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1 C Smoked Gouda Cheese - shredded
Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish
Place onions in a large bowl and sprinkle with thyme, garlic powder,
oregano, dried mustard, cayenne pepper & salt. Toss to coat
Spread evenly in baking dish, top with butter & cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes @ 350 F.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until golden &
bubbly.
Serve as a side dish or as a condiment for hot dogs, burgers, etc
