HOW FUN was this episode!!! The space was certainly a bit unconventional for Design Inc., but as always they pulled it together beautifully! Very charming. (Also love that it was for the contractor's family!)
For a "bathroom," perhaps it's time for a privacy screen & a chamber pot, along with a small table with a pitcher to hold water & a basin, with a cake of soap in a simple dish set next to the basin.
Chicken wire ‘chandelier’ didn’t quite work. No bathroom seems an oversight. And it kinda looks like it still needs a bit of a reno facelift. And the decor looks a hodge-podge mismatch with very low budget. but do i like it? Yes I do. it’s got that old farmhouse style which they were going for. It’s cosy and very comfortable. No pretension. I think it just needs a bathroom and maybe a kitchenette too
Adorable. Loved the colors. But for real life with children in the country, far from running water and soap, the whites and cute decor will soon become a headache to keep clean looking.
Very nice outcome!! Love the color choices and country design fabrics used!! Perfect for what they wanted the pigsty to become!! Casual, kid friendly space!!
Very sweet! Picture perfect! But… white upholstery? Really?! With kids? I’m also puzzled that no primer was applied to barn exterior first. A loft for the kids to sleep and play in would have been cool.
I thought the title was a bit harsh! Calling someone's home a pig sty is just rude but then the episode started and realised its a literal pig sty! 😂😂😂😂😂
It's lovely, but that daybed cannot be that close to the wood burning stove. That is definitely a fire hazard. Fortunately after the photo op, there is plenty of room to move around.
The "barn red" looks pink to me. I agree with one of the other posters that white isnt practical for kids. I really love Sarah's work but would of tweaked a few things.
Where's the bathroom? Seniors can't run to the main house at 2:00 in the morning.
No bathroom? Or at least a small 1/2 bath? Pretty bunkhouse
I agree! Not much use for a guesthouse without a bathroom :(
It really should have had a bathroom. Other than that it’s nice
Yes, no bathroom is a real problem.
Where's the bathroom/outhouse?
Different and very nice, but no bathroom?
Its beautiful but.....what about a powder room? Sometimes humans need to use the facilities in the middle of the night.

The guest house turned out great. Love everything.
Gorgeous. But where's the bathroom?
What an extraordinarily beautiful open-plan space! Every detail is perfection -- rustic yet harmonious with its own brand of elegance.
That's what I call a silk purse from a sow's ear! LOL

This is by Far my favourite project yet!!!!
Love, love, love it !!!
WOW!
Beautiful - YOKE!
Don't notice teeny windows but NO BATHROOM
So beautiful! Such a great team!!!
I was disappointed that we did get to see the crop circles out back of the pigsty that gave Tommy such a big pause.
Looks pretty, but a guesthouse without a bathroom is not functional. a kitchenette would be useful too.
Sorry, Sarah. Her lights win ;)
Looks like Sarah used flimsy chicken wire while the owner used firmer hardware cloth.
I really enjoy your videos team! Love all
creativity!👏❤️👍

Beautiful!
Nice touch!
This is absolutely beautiful. Every corner. Every piece. Sarah brings in magic to a space
Hello Sreela
I think this might be my favourite ever. Mostly because everyone got involved. Lovely family project.
I like the back of the denim. And yes, the floors were very pink! Love the quilts. Ruth's light is much better.
Adorable. Loved the colors. But for real life with children in the country, far from running water and soap, the whites and cute decor will soon become a headache to keep clean looking.
That's why they're near the main house, with plenty of running water and soap!

That was nice.
I really don’t like that much red in a room. But I’ll have to admit that the result is cozy and charming.
I love Sara!
this is one of my favorite episodes
No TV? I'm sure they added a flat screen after

I love it
Amazing !!!
I love the room but hate the furniture.
Love love love
I love ❤ learning thank 😊 you
The kids, I love them! But they shouldn’t be there, they slow down the process , they are in the way. Get them involved when is their own project.
Hello Rosa
Did not like the color of the floors would have loved to have seen a bathroom For your guests Otherwise everything else looks amazing

Huge mistake to not have a bathroom.

No Sarah sparkle on this one. Very dull. Great chance for chair cover colour.
Silly episode, to much of the kids not enough of design
