Skyler absolutely nailed that Hank simply wanted to be the one that nabbed Walt, at all costs. It was embarrassing for him and his reputation for Walt to build a drug empire right under his nose for years.

The part that turns me off of her a bit is in this scene you can see the moment at which Skyler chooses to not turn on Walter. It's when she learns he's dying and soon will he out of her life.
Later in the bathroom she encourages Walter to not turn himself in and to stay quiet so Hank has to try and prove it.
In this moment Skyler is being very selfish. It's understandable as self preservation given she got dragged into all of this by fairly justifiable circumstances, but in making this decision she is denying justice to every other person Walter has ever (or will ever, in those last few episodes) bring harm to.
She's just not a very moral person at her core, just like Walt (but not as bad.) Her owm and her family's needs come above everything else, even if it means helping Walter get away with it.

It's really unsettling to see Hank like this. He's so desperate to catch Walt that he resorts to simple bad cop tricks instead of approaching Skyler like the family member she is. At any rate, she can't say anything as there is easily a case against her already. This scene is really Skyler's finest hour in my opinion. She's exceptionally brave to stand up to Hank like this despite the obvious ramifications. So she has to keep insisting she get a lawyer and, eventually, demanding to know if she is under arrest. It's so sad to watch her when Skyler has to ask that second time. She knows Hank has gone over the edge just far enough to meet her off the books, and that the end is fast approaching.
