Speed depends on internet/wifi reception speed also because many here are internet based apps. So this test is inaccurate. Open apps individually once in one mobile, note down the time taken and then start with other mobile. Compare both times. Seems one phone has less wifi reception speed than other here.
Both devices are connected to wifi, so it doesn't matter.
