When you turn it on it the on/off button again the the sound card will say internal opening

Thanks. But for some reason my headset should NOT have a built-in mic on it cause I tried headset with a built-in mic and it conflicts.When my headset has a built-in mic on it, it only works if I set the output audio to my TV.
