    Can you please do a video about tracking/scanning the ball with your off-hand on the forehand. Its been really useful for me using it to get distance and timing but want your thoughts.

    Big fan of your videos, this one is key and does a great job of explaining a problem I suspect most recreational players have AND the simple solution. Can't wait to start working on my EARLY PREP.

    This is an amazing video. I so often let the ball get too deep in to me so I lose control and power. Know I’m suppose to turn as soon as I realize the side the ball is coming to, it’s just hard to change habits. Go out and meet the ball, play the ball don’t let it play you. I’m working on it. Really fantastic instruction. Would take lessons from you guys if you were in the States.

    Very good tip, i have learnt the lesson its so harmful for your wrist specially if not hitting the ball in front. Thanks for sharing

    Simon, where are the various Forehand Groundstroke contact points for the different stances? Which stances hit the ball furthest back in the stance and furthest out in front earliest? And, do certain forehand grips match well with specific stances?

    Hello Simon! Hope all is good. I’ve noticed you like both the Pro Staff 97 and the Blade 98. How do they compare?

    Thanks. Good video. My problem is that I line up the contact point correctly (I think), but then transfer my weight (in a neutral or semi open stance) and my contact point becomes to the side instead of in front. I guess that I just need to take that extra step into consideration when I initially line up the ball. It just isn't that easy...:-(

    How to relax wrist when you have to accelerate forehand?

    • @TopTennisTrainingOfficial
      @TopTennisTrainingOfficial  6 лет назад +2

      Keep the fingers loose, don't grip the racket too tight. That will allow the muscles to stay relaxed.
      Thanks for watching

    Great video and very sound technique! I would like you to talk about the forward swing after the preparation for the forehand. My son has a tendency to "tuck" the elbow into the body during the forward swing which affect his contact point and the shot loses power and control.
