I noticed the dark hair in your previous video, but didn't think a whole lot about it except it was pretty and made you look distinctively mature (if that is a concept). I can so resonate. I had A LOT of hair for most of my 65+ years. But between my own damaging practices , chem trails, gmo food and aging, I have relatively little left. There are even bald spots and I am a little self conscious about it. But for me, it might be a lesson. That I am still beautiful regardless of how much hair I have. And so are you! ❤️

I was trying to go lighter to eventually (when I felt mentally/emotionally ready) to then allow my own natural gray to blend in. It fried my hair, it was irreversible and I had to cut my decades long hair very, very short. It took several weeks before I could shut the ego up enough to listen to my higher self. It was all a lesson.... yes in humility but to come to love myself UNCONDITIONALLY from the inside out, not the outside in. 😉💖
Yeah, hair is pretty important. My daughter dealt with her hair quite a lot because of her illness. Glad you have yours back. To be good to our bodies is getting more important, I agree. I injured my Achilleshiel the other day, and I felt terrible about it. Also I’ve given alcohol a rest, which feels much better. Anyway, good to hear from you again. That happened to me in 2005. I had to stop coloring it and let it completely grow out. Once it did, I LOVED the natural color....which I hadn’t seen in over 25 years. I never considered coloring it again after that. 💞💞

Dear lady, I did this for years.. the old Sun In.. was standard peroxide with lemon juice.. but the lemon can cause sun damage to scalp and skin.. but if you take regular peroxide and put it in a spray bottle.. spritz once a day or every other day and let it dry on its own. till you get a good shade.. never did the burn thing with it..only needed after that like once a week or so for new roots..love you, dear one :)

For 7 years, having bright fuchsia hair was in my job description,' being a joke at first, at one point, my boss bought my haircolor by the case to make sure it was the color she wanted it. It was fun for a while, and was a color I could pull off, so I didn't mind at first, but after a few years the maintenance on top of my brutal schedule was a serious drag. When I was finished with that place, I cut off every bit of that dyed hair, which left me with about 3/4 inch. It's now to my waist, (4 years later) and I feel so much better! You do you! Dark or light, we're right here, on your side :)

I'm not sure if you'll read this. But you can help it along the way. First get yourself a satin pillowcase. Cotton ones rob your hairs natural oils. Try to oil your hair at night with geranium essential oils. And when you do cut your hair think about what time of the moon phases your doing it in. Also keeping the scalp clean helps. P.S. Your are a beautiful soul within and out. Even in your natural color hair. No one could really notice, besides it was a warmer color. Blessings

Years ago I had my hair "frosted" and my baby fine hair literally was dissipated. Ah, hair. I had dark brown hair. In my 40s it started going gray and I began using henna. Now it is white! I think you are lovely, no matter what color your hair is. Btw, I lived in Portland a few years, played piano at Nordstrom downtown, Lloyd Center and Washington Square. I loved walking in the beautiful parks. And love your videos!!

I overbleached once & my suddenly white fluffs of cotton that used to be my hair came out in big, wadded up clumps.. BUT the worst was pulling out my eyelashes on my left eye when my stepson sneezed and scared me while I was curling it, causing me to "startle jump" & accidentally yanked them out. Took FOREVER to grow back, & meanwhile I had to use fake lashes that I never could get the hang of (or have the stable hands to apply), so I looked really weird & a bit lopsided. I mostly hid for 8 months or so. Ahhh vanity lol
Oh honey. Lol. I’m so sorry. I would’ve never noticed. And I have a dear friend who’s a fabulous hair dresser and I’ve had the same thing happen to me when he was going through beauty school. He gave me a perm in the early 90’s and I woke up the next day and hated it so he said he could straighten it out and used a metal comb with a certain chemical in the straightener! The next morning I woke up with hair on my pillow and it completely changed my hair line and it’s stayed that way. Lol. I feel ya.

But even in those times of stress, remember, whatever is going on inside of us is whatever we are going to attract. If you're not feeling so hot, stay home. LOL but I also think it's a beautiful gift because less hair dye means less chemicals, less money and you can still see your beautiful hairdresser. As a matter of fact, where do you go? I just moved to Albany Oregon and would really like to find a hairdresser that I can trust. When they can look at my face and help me determine what I'm doing these days. I used to be platinum and recently had to quit working because my 4 yr old has been kicked out of 3 day cares and is now diagnosed with autism she just started a therapy program....anyways I just stopped dying my hair since I dont go anywhere and didnt even realize I have ash hair now with 2 grey streaks on the sides and now everyone has neen asking me who does my highlights because the grey blends into my platinum grow out Its so funny to me that people like my real hair better ....or maybe they are just being nice ....I was being serious when I complemented your hair though💚💚💚💚
As a non-toxic hairdresser for 30 years I will say that hair is ALWAYS a direct metaphor. ☺️ on top of that, there are ways to color the hair without chemicals. The scalp is the biggest sponge on the body, so make sure that if you use chemicals keep them off your scalp. 💞
CAUTION: CHARACTER BUILDING IN PROGESS: OMG.."I burnt my damn hair." I sooo understand...I burnt 14 inches of my damn hair, to the scalp. Took 3 years to get it down to my shirt collar. For 7 years, having bright fuchsia hair was in my job description,' being a joke at first, at one point, my boss bought my haircolor by the case to make sure it was the color she wanted it. It was fun for a while, and was a color I could pull off, so I didn't mind at first, but after a few years the maintenance on top of my brutal schedule was a serious drag. When I was finished with that place, I cut off every bit of that dyed hair, which left me with about 3/4 inch. It's now to my waist, (4 years later) and I feel so much better! You do you! Dark or light, we're right here, on your side :)
OK first of all you're beautiful no matter what. 💗 Second, I saw this video in my feed before I had opportunity to watch it, but then I was reading some "Law of One" material on my lunch break a little while later. I'm not sure if you'll read this. But you can help it along the way. First get yourself a satin pillowcase. Cotton ones rob your hairs natural oils. Try to oil your hair at night with geranium essential oils. And when you do cut your hair think about what time of the moon phases your doing it in. Also keeping the scalp clean helps.
P.S. Your are a beautiful soul within and out. Even in your natural color hair. No one could really notice, besides it was a warmer color. Blessings

I was cutting my Gray hairs on the top of my head & when they started to grow out- I had a bunch of baby white antennas sticking straight up! I'm not even going to go into the horror of my eyebrows sprouting thick white hairs.. Dye ladies... No plucking or cutting.. Old age & the things our mothers didn't mention!!! 🤣😅🤣😭😭

Years ago I had my hair "frosted" and my baby fine hair literally was dissipated. Ah, hair. I had dark brown hair. In my 40s it started going gray and I began using henna. Now it is white!

I overbleached once & my suddenly white fluffs of cotton that used to be my hair came out in big, wadded up clumps.. BUT the worst was pulling out my eyelashes on my left eye when my stepson sneezed and scared me while I was curling it, causing me to "startle jump" & accidentally yanked them out. Took FOREVER to grow back, & meanwhile I had to use fake lashes that I never could get the hang of (or have the stable hands to apply), so I looked really weird & a bit lopsided. I mostly hid for 8 months or so. Ahhh vanity lol

Oh honey. Lol. I’m so sorry. I would’ve never noticed. And I have a dear friend who’s a fabulous hair dresser and I’ve had the same thing happen to me when he was going through beauty school. He gave me a perm in the early 90’s and I woke up the next day and hated it so he said he could straighten it out and used a metal comb with a certain chemical in the straightener! The next morning I woke up with hair on my pillow and it completely changed my hair line and it’s stayed that way. Lol. I feel ya.
OMG Allison, I'm 61 (& so much less adorable than you) & wow, can I relate!! 2019 was my year without hair. It was tough, but I learned so much throughout the process. So glad it's behind me now & seriously hope I never have to do that again. XOXO

But even in those times of stress, remember, whatever is going on inside of us is whatever we are going to attract. If you're not feeling so hot, stay home. LOL but I also think it's a beautiful gift because less hair dye means less chemicals, less money and you can still see your beautiful hairdresser. As a matter of fact, where do you go? I just moved to Albany Oregon and would really like to find a hairdresser that I can trust. When they can look at my face and help me determine what I'm doing these days. I used to be platinum and recently had to quit working because my 4 yr old has been kicked out of 3 day cares and is now diagnosed with autism she just started a therapy program....anyways I just stopped dying my hair since I dont go anywhere and didnt even realize I have ash hair now with 2 grey streaks on the sides and now everyone has neen asking me who does my highlights because the grey blends into my platinum grow out Its so funny to me that people like my real hair better ....or maybe they are just being nice ....I was being serious when I complemented your hair though💚💚💚💚
As a non-toxic hairdresser for 30 years I will say that hair is ALWAYS a direct metaphor. ☺️ on top of that, there are ways to color the hair without chemicals. The scalp is the biggest sponge on the body, so make sure that if you use chemicals keep them off your scalp. 💞

CAUTION: CHARACTER BUILDING IN PROGESS: OMG.."I burnt my damn hair." I sooo understand...I burnt 14 inches of my damn hair, to the scalp. Took 3 years to get it down to my shirt collar. Your discription "poof", yep, the dryer the higher it stuck out. Girl, its not your hair that makes you beautiful...notice all the comments, they say it all. It's YOU...your light, is very bright.
