I cant even buy moong dal in a normal shop where I live 😭😭 only in special shops and it's very expensive. all your recipes look very good and I wanna taste them:) thanks for them, kind regards from cold Austria!
Hi.. thank u very much for raw papaya tamarind curry.. everyone loved it.. almost had till last drop of it with whatever we made for that day.. today making it second time..
@@Padhus-kitchen I ask because I have just started an Indian spice garden with black Cardamon, Black pepper, Cumin, dill, Fennel, tamarind, curry leaf tree and many more still to come and I have Cayenne and Kashmir Chillis in the works. I live in South Africa where there is a sizable Indian population and I wanted to learn to grow these for them in case something happens to world trade. I will search for them because I want to grow as many Indian spices as I can fit on my property. I have 4 papaya trees and one is fruiting so I wanted to use more. We only eat ripe papaya so, it was very helpful to find recipes for raw papaya as that means most of our produce can be eaten at home and we can buy less at the shop. I hope you also use plantain as I plan on learning to cook that as well. We were colonized by the British and lost most of our cooking as food is produced well here in South Afghanistan by large farms and business, so, most of us don't plant and make our own food - we cook it but buy products to do that. Anyway, thanks and Godspeed.

What kind of chilli is that red chilli? I have started growing my own indian spice garden.
It is dried red chilies which I have used in the video. We have many varieties of chilies in India. Some are spicy, some are not.
