Ranveer mentioned Warren Buffet, and it's something I resonate with and believe now through all my bio hacking experience, it's all in the mind. Happy mind, healthy body. I also believe everyone is different and the practice of ayurveda reflects this as we have different constitutions and these can change as we go through life and it's experiences as one diet may work for one person but not necessarily someone else. Very good podcast. Trust yourself as the human being is very powerful
Deep subject. Thanks for brining this Ranveer. My takeaway from this podcast is yoga and satvik food is much more precious than i know. I think it's time for us to move to vegan diet atleast when we hit 40.
Gut health needs to be talked more. With my own struggle and just surviving after seeing the last stages of my life and bouncing back ...I feel we Indians have lost food knowledge ...with exploration of diff world and science. We had balanced approach once , now we have to rediscover it. Yes Gut, liver, brain , ears , limbs are closely connected . Meditation does help one to observe one's body closely

Main 13 saal ki umar se cooking kar raha hu aur mujhe ye kaam bohot pasand hai. Maine decide kar liya hai ki mujhe Chef hi banna hai, chahe kuch bhi ho. Lekin mere parents kehte hai ki bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi hoga, wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu, jaise mere bade bhai. Likes aur views kam aate hai, par mujhe apni skill dikhana hai kyunki cooking mere liye sabse zyada zaruri hai. Jd w
What role do genetics play in biohacking, and how can individuals tailor their biohacking strategies based on their genetic makeup ? Are there any ethical concerns associated with genetic biohacking ? Please help me. Best wish.

If your body is going to just building muscles and if there is no breaking down of muscles then will this not cause pile up of skeletal muscular cells. This pile up of muscle will it not cause pressure enough to break down of bone structures and pressure on other organs. Just a genuine question, as balance is important. We need both building up and breaking down drivers.
It's good technological discussion. But spiritually how does it help living that long just eating and sleeping unless heart does not become pure and one does not serve others in the need to leave. Physical suffering and mind's ablility to accept the suffering as delusion allows life journey worthwhile to become divine/merge in god.
Ranveer sir next time please ask the biohackers do they only want to live forever or they are even working on their family.....please reply sir or give a heart if u see this❤

Main 13 saal ki umar se cooking kar raha hu aur mujhe ye kaam bohot pasand hai. Maine decide kar liya hai ki mujhe Chef hi banna hai, chahe kuch bhi ho. Lekin mere parents kehte hai ki bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi hoga, wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu, jaise mere bade bhai. Likes aur views kam aate hai, par mujhe apni skill dikhana hai kyunki cooking mere liye sabse zyada zaruri hai. Jd w
