She's here! Fast ship! First impressions - great build quality, neck straight, nut good, frets good, action good, all good:) 7 lbs. 12 oz. Sounds great! Both pickups! Volume pot was very scratchy but I just worked it back and forth and did not need to break out the DeoxIt:) A little neck dive corrected with leather strap. Tuners feel great but the knobs are quite close to each other. No biggie:) Here are two other things. The pickguard had double the plastic covering. Xtra protection:) And ... I have never seen this. It came with extra shorty saddle screws. I'm not sure if that is if I lose one and/or to make the bridge smoother for palm muting?? I'm more of a Gibson guy so I appreciate the 12" radius. I agree, I don't do Chinese guitars BUT what got me , being an entrepreneur , was Torsten's view on customer service .I bought the black SBH-HD and when I went to pick it up, I saw the purple SBH-HD, so I bought it. My 🇺🇸 strat has a rosewood fretboard, so this neck on SBH-HD is a maple neck and I like it, I can slide up and down the neck, it's a great neck for a $250 guitar ‼️👍
I recently got the itch to buy a budget priced electric guitar. I subscribed to your channel and almost bought the Fender Debut. Then I saw your review of the Tease and the attention to detail on these guitars. Lots of other reviewers gave it high marks also. I wanted a shiny finish rather than matte. The attention to customer service clenched the deal. I emailed Tease with a question and within a few minutes got an answer. I'm old and like customer service. I like that Torsten is such a stickler for quality and customer service. I ordered the SB-1 2 single pickup Tele today and used your coupon. Thanks, I can't wait to get it.
Got it yesterday and it’s absolutely incredible! Beautiful color. Fit, finish and setup is perfect right out of the box. Just had to tune it up and started playing. The action is low, no buzz. Neck and fretwork is fantastic. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again. Their customer service is amazing, too. Hard to believe you get it all, a great product, a great price, and great service, but it’s absolutely true. I highly recommend checking them out.

I bought a strat from them, and it had some issues, which were relatively minor, but too much for me to want to keep it. After the customer service experience, I'm confident I'll purchase another from them at some point. Can't have customer service like that without being confident in your product, so I'm comfortable assuming that my guitar was a fluke.
Very cool, I'd like to try a Tease some day... I'm not a fan of this burst though, I'd rather have just a solid purple finish. Judging by the comments though I think I'm in the minority here lol
@SeanDS1989 I was not a fan of a purple guitar and headstock, BUT when i went to pick up my black SBH-HD and Torsten was working on a purple SBH-HD and I saw that, I bought the purple one also, I got it to sell it BUT I played it and now keeping it 😅

I never thought I would buy a Chinese guitar BUT in my 60s I was drawn to Torsten's views on customer service. Still learning how to navigate the humbucker... totally different than my strat
Any left handed ones? Flame maple neck would be awesome at this price point. The censtar and kgd or something guitars are really good for under 200 on amazon. They have the flame maple neck. But I'm looking for something left handed.

I am concerned if there is finish on the neck. The web page says it's unfinished, which means it will be difficult to clean. And I am not sure if you can put lemon oil on a raw maple neck.

Hey Craig. These come in Purple Burst, Silver Burst and Teal Burst. I believe only the Silver Burst can be ordered with a "belly carve".

Neck is not raw or "unfinished". Appears to have a thin finishing on neck- not a heavy gloss.
Unfinished maple fretboards are best oiled with F1 oil - Available at Music Nomad - The Neck has a Satin Finish
