Well my friend has somehow been getting scared by me... Out of nowhere. 99% of the time I have no intentions to scare her and I just walk up beside her and she turns around and freaks out. My footsteps are silent like really silent. Even when I run there is no sound emitting from my shoes. And my reflexes have been getting quicker. Recently during pe we played this version of dodge all where a group of us stand inside a court and around the court there are people standing on lines with balls. Once a ball hits us we are out. My friends got eliminated the first second it started. I was one of the few that actually survived and one of the girls sometimes even the only girl my friends were shocked at my speed. When I walked past them to sit when it was their turn to play I heard them saying: (my name) reflexes are quite good eh she can dodge quite well. I wish I could dodge like her. Idk why but somehow when I do certain stuff my friends are certain I am lying that I have nvr taken any self defence classes before. Like legit though I have nvr taken any of those classes
Update 1: uhhh I was jus sitting on the sofa when my mum came into the living room to the kitchen and she asked my sister at the dining table: where is your sister? My sister was like: NANI?! That is actually me when I play dodgebee well dodgeball but frisbee when I was in middle school I used to be able to dodge any frisbee and I won it for my side most times I one time did a flip to dodge an incoming one.
I live in a really rough area where I can’t walk around alone without being terrified so I’ll update
Day 1 **day of starting the subliminal**: I practiced keeping my leg up and got it higher than usual (I practiced on both legs and could even keep my weak leg up)
Day 2: I feel my muscles tightening, it’s strange. My eyesight has also increased drastically and I woke up on time full of energy.
Day 3: Strength and stamina have increased, I also have found more of an interest in things and have actually been able to go out more, which is a great achievement for me :)
Day 4: Forgot to listen :/
Day 5: I was sitting down and decided to test my flexibility and I managed to get my foot on my head sjsjsj. Also able to lift my own body weight for at least 10 seconds and my vision is becoming close to that of what it is with my glasses on
Day 6: I used to be scared of a few people but now I realise they’re powerless anyway
Day 7: I feel more healthy for some reason, I haven’t been coughing or sneezing and I haven’t felt permanently tired, I’ve also gotten less headaches
Day 10: I started running and my only thought was ‘ZOOM!’, I mean I’ve always been quick but this is insane.
Day 12: My reflexes are incredible and I’m finding it easier to pay attention in class
Day 13: I’m so calm wow
Day 15: I haven’t been feeling unsafe at all
1 Month: I haven’t listened frequently enough but I’m definitely able to keep my composure now and am thinking clearly in all situations, I can also do over 15 pushups with ease and can easily track my opponent.
26/04/19: I’m free from outbursts and my migraines have become less and less frequent, this is incredible.
27/04/19: (listening more often) I woke up at 9am without an alarm clock and full of energy, I also did 16 push-ups without trying that hard.

-I had to jump with my workout but I almost hit my head to the ceiling. I was never able to jump that high.
-I got a little faster, haven't run yet but I am doing martial arts. (punches and moves got faster)

-My arms do hurt, they are swore but still doing my punches, etc.

-Daaaaaymmmm. My reflexes are insane. My grandmother was amazed by how fast I got.

-SOMETHING AMAZING AND SCARY HAPPENED YESTERDAY:
Okay so I was walking around 7PM and it was kinda dead in our village.
I was walking to my grandmother who lives near a supermarket.
Suddenly I heard footsteps and I was looking behind me but there were only 2 people who walked to the supermarket and they were 10 meters behind me 0w0.
I'm still amazed how I could hear that because there were no other people and I'm 100% sure, it wasn't me.

So I have been doing JiuJitsu for around 6 months now? Perhaps a bit less and I am not really bad at it, but compared to the ranks of the others (two black belts, a brown belt, two blue belts and another white belt) it's clear why they are better than me.
I only listened twice today before my lesson, so grab yourself a cookie and listen to me bc really, this is awesome!
So every lesson we do warm-ups and these "workouts" (they are nothing but) always variate. And today I got paired with a blue belt (I'm still white, duh) and he's like super tall (and I am rather small, so he's about twenty centimeters taller than me?) and fast and we did two exercises where you had to be fast.
One was that you had to tap the other person on the shoulders and had to either prevent getting blocked or block the "attack".
And at first, I could neither block nor attack and was really just trying not to get hit...
... but after a minute or so I started to see things clearly and suddenly I wasn't just blocking successfully but also dodging and landing a few taps myself with both two hands and one hand behind my back.
And although I wasn't successful with the second exercise (we had to put our hands on each other's shoulders and then had to try to tap the other person's feet) I wasn't really "tapped" once. Mind you, the other person has been doing this for years!
I also managed to do every move successfully and could understand why I did what I did and my teachers took their time with me. I mean, that's logical considering I am the "newest" and it's summer holidays, so there weren't that many other people, but I think it's great anyway.
I finally understand why some holds never worked.
We also have to build up (and down) the training mats every time because I don't train at an "only dojo" but normal sports hall and I noticed how the mats (they are rather heavy) seemed way lighter than I remember.
I will listen to this before my training next week (and then regularly after I cut down my current playlist bc this is not one of my priorities right now).

This actually works, I don’t usually write progress posts on sub vids but I guess this is an exception because I only listened to it once whilst sleeping and still saw genuine results.
This isn’t going to be a list or anything, just a few things that have happened/things that I noticed.
Anyway let’s get into it
The other day I was sitting at a bench with two friends, one to my right and one directly across from me, we were all playfully throwing this one pink glow stick at each other, kinda just trying to see who could sorta slap someone with this glow stick the hardest, anyway so after I throw it at the girl in front of me she gets kinda determined to slap me with it and I see her going to hit me with it, I hid my face in my arm and for some reason put my hand out and ended up perfectly catching it? Like okay damn, I wasn’t even looking yet somehow I catch the equivalent of a weighted straw flying at me.
And before that, the morning after listening to this the first thing I instinctively did was glance over my surroundings to make sure no one was intruding, like out of instinct which is something I’ve never done.
And finally this one happened today, I was just making a salad, and I was going to put the lettuce back in the fridge when I accidentally dropped one lettuce thing (I’m holding two, one in each hand) and then without concisely thinking I grabbed it perfectly with my left hand (I’m right handed)

i used to listen to this sub overnight for a week or two, and stopped for abt a month. and when i went to the eye doc, one side, which was originally 500 something degree, suddenly dropped to 400- both sides improved a whole lot, the changes were drastic and i was so shook!! :0 but i havent been listening so my eyesight rose a bit again on one side, but hey this sub definitely helped me with my eyesight

Well I am strong and I can punch as hard as I can especially when my bullies made gun of me. The only problem now is that they're learning boxing! And I guess... I need to start learning something too , and I thought taekwondo would be a good choice. Well I am strong , but not quite. I can do 40 push ups , yet I hardly gain any muscle and still Im strong. I run fast and my endurance and stamina is great . I hope this can improve me , before the summer sports that I'm going to train .

All of us had our partners to begin with sparring and all of us thought that it would be cool to test out our skills for some time. During our sparring , most of us are already tired , being hit by your partners kick and doing the same too . Well , me on the other hand trying so hard to make a good sparring experience😂😂 by continuously kicking with speed and power. After that , we we're stretching and all of my classmates who made fun of me we're watching. Tskk , They thought I can't do anything ......but actually ..I was the most flexible girl on our team . And those classmates of mine we're shocked!. When the day we're finally over , they waited me at the gate and told me I was cool and awesome , they wanted me to hang out with them...........but , No ....I don't really care about them.

im aleady quite athletic and i play an assortment of sports pretty well (badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc) but as you can see..
they only have to do with my hands
im really bad at football and anything having to do with my legs
i cant take taekwondo because it focuses on kicking, but thats the only nearby school for martial arts where i live. ill be taking karate lessons online (i hope you know, ive had some lessons in karate before i moved lol)
im using this so i can be super powerful lmao, and for self defense
right now, my reflexes are pretty good and im adequate at fighting. (i mean, if my reflexes werent good; how could i play badminton or tennis? lmfaooo)

Okay so this is my third or fourth day using it, and I had Taekwondo today. In the affirmations and intentions, I’m supposed to be supernaturally athletic and can change how people perceive me depending on my desire. So today I was sparring with a high brown (I’m high blue) and legit after that, she said she was intimidated by me (even though I didn’t score any head kicks, but I was close) because I was being unnaturally aggressive, and usually people aren’t scared of me. Same thing with a low brown because apparently my kicks were fast and hard it was almost overwhelming. And later on this day, I just arrived home and was putting the shoes back in the shoe rack behind my aunt, and she turned around and was like “AAH- HEY AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING WHEN YOU ARRIVE”
So yeah it works, and after seeing the results, I’ll be excited to updated in the future :)
