It's funny that everyone (including my boyfriend) is talking about Eugene not making his boyfriend a present, but as a girl who crochets/knits if you insist on a handmade present, that's REALLY limiting the types of gifts available. Like yeah, I made my boyfriend a wolf amigurumi for Valentines Day, but he's more of a gamer/techie kinda guy so he's not going to get as much use/enjoyment of it as say, a Steam game he had on his wishlist. (I would have done that, if I wasn't completely broke) It's not bad or less heartfelt to buy a gift rather than make it, it's the intent of the giver and the desires of the receiver that matter, ya know?
I know what you mean. I'm also a crafter but hubs isn't that into wearing hats or scarves, so, I just buy him presents.

People, please, some of the top comments are making Ned seem like he doesnt think his wife and child are seperate people. In this vid, he made the present "for Ariel" but it was for Wes. In THIS vid. But on his instagram, he posted that he made something special for Ariel too. He just wanted to make something for Wes too for Valentines and decided to share it in RUclips, yet you are treating him like he did something wrong. You are accusing Ned without knowing the full story.
He literally had to reply to one of the comments (one with some mean ass replies that hurts my heart thinking of him reading) and say that he got her other things like how much of an asshole do you have to be to say NED (mr.ilovemywife) doesn’t care about his wife!
