- Established in 1990 in Japan, Genki Sushi grew their popularity for its bullet train sushi concept that directly delivers the food to your table rather than the typical revolving conveyor belt.
Genki Sushi can now be found in 11 different countries including the Philippines! They now have 7 branches in the Philippines and these include: BGC Stopover, U.P. Town Center, Ayala the 30th, SM Aura, SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay (this branch).

This is very pricey! When I went to Japan for vacation last year, one plate only cost $1 and you can see the in this video the quality of the rice is very disappointing.
I feel like this style of vlog video is underrated. Just ambient background noises with no commentary or uses subtle texts on the video instead. Very relaxing to watch
