Verily Islam started as something strange and it would again revert (to its old position) of being strange just as it started, and it would recede between the two mosques just as the serpent crawls back into its hole.
This was recorded at the death bed of Muhammed
Sahih al-Bukhari 3453, 3454
On his death-bed Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) put a sheet over his-face and when he felt hot, he would remove it from his face. When in that state (of putting and removing the sheet) he said, "May Allah's Curse be on the Jews and the Christians for they build places of worship at the graves of their prophets." (By that) he intended to warn (the Muslim) from what they (i.e. Jews and Christians) had done.
Thesame reason he cursed the Jews and Christians is same thing his followers did after his death, Built mosque at his grave, so it means he curse is for all the 3 bcos they did same thing.
