Sounds good! I was thinking about doing the delete on my 19 Si but this video has me convinced and was just what I was looking for. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.
The muffler delete with everything else stock ain't too bad but once you have an aftermarket downpipe things get a bit heavy with a muffler delete. Depends on how much you love being loud, I put the stock muffler back on after a while. I miss it but worth a wait to find the right muffler to weld or an axleback to bolt up.
My last car I did a delete on, I left the muffler at the shop. I think I’m gonna delete it on my SI but keep the muffler for this reason. I want to buy an aftermarket system but funding yk. Cheers
@@Virt7_ it’s a turbo engine from factory it makes that 4 cylinder a lot deeper sounding. The non turbos sound like angry bees. I straight piped my daily for the hell of it and it’s not as nice as this😭
I'm pretty sure camera mics make it sound a lot louder than it is. The turbocharger acts like a little muffler itself, and I've driven next to a 2019 with muffler deletes. Didn't sound nearly as loud in person which is honestly better in my opinion.
So quick question pls reply. Can you describe the sound when you have your windows rolled up? Cuz my only fear of doing a muffler delete is that i dont want to lose the quietness inside the car with windows rolled up. Thanks in advance
Like it but maybe too loud for me...I’m waiting for my 19 SI I live in Nebraska, and my dealer couldnt find one in 13 states around us,so had too make, should be here nov 20...cant wait
Patricia Sampier I pick up a 20 si after not being able to find one for around 2 months and it’s killing me not being able to do pulls. Only got 150 miles on the odometer
Not sure if you’ll see this message but I can’t find the the dual 3” tips online but only with 3.5”, i was wondering if it will still maybe fit? Thanks!
Did you get rid of the rev hang? Sounds great man. I’m leaning more so towards a resonator delete tho. What mods do you have on the car performance wise?
Yes it actually does void your warranty. That’s why you hold off the first 30k miles. So now if anything engine related breaks in his car the dealer gonna be like “sup with that exhaust mate”? Not to mention he probably has a huge dead spot in his lower rpms now
Do you get a lot of drone at highway speeds (65-75mph)? Muffler deletes can do that sometimes. An intake and a tune would compliment that nicely. They aren't too expensive, you can install it yourself, and the turbo blow off will be more noticeable. I would say the tune is optional, but it will maximize any performance gains because an intake alone won't give you big gains. You always tune it later on if you change your mind.
@@PressRandom Yea, I know...lol. It just always makes me laugh. The only people it fools are non car enthusiasts. People that actually know cars know that it's a bullshit badge they bought off of Amazon, lol.
@@BattleshipStLouis lol. no it's not like that in the least. Putting an aftermarket exhaust can improve the performance and sound of a car. Putting a red badge on the wrong car is more like taking a Gucci logo and putting it on your Walmart purse. You can dress a pig up...but it's still a pig. Go work on your logic...or lack thereof.
Chaotic LG Hmmm. maybe. but I think it has something to do with the fuel cut off when you take your foot off the throttle in a manual, where as in an automatic you dont cut off any fuel, you just coast. But i’m not an expert
I was expecting it to sound shitty but it actually sounds good
Partly because he’s turbo
thank you for not making this a 30 minute video, sounds amazing 😻

Sounds a lot like an EVO would, great exhaust my guy
How lol

@@Szcza04 doesn’t sound anything like an evo lmao.
Not even bro lol
What exhaust tips are those?? Looking to get rid of my stupid HDMI port
honestly HAHAH HDMI port is hideous
Don’t know exactly which ones he has, but Vibrant makes a weld on set incredibly similar to them.
It doesn't look terrible and it goes with the bodywork. That said the dual or even triple exhaust looks really good.
God damn ! That sounds way better than I expected. I have 2017 Si. I love it
The rev hang actually creates a nice sound between shifts!!
This is very true. I’ve experienced this with my car after a muffler delete
Great video quality and effort btw! Definitely deserves a like
Compared to other muffler delete videos lol.
I got the 2020 love love
Same. I got the black sedan. I love it. Got it in December 2020

Love the whip man, sounds real good
Would have been useful to get a sound clip from inside the cabin and not just the outside mic. Sounds nice though

Lol stumbled across this comment, I’m from Lincoln lmaoooo
I just did the muffler delete. If you still have cats and resonator its perfect. Not loud at all. Barely any drone under 3k. 100% reccommend
Jesus that sound 🤤
Sounds sick bro I need that on my si coupe 2019
How is the drone on the highway? Like is it actually bearable. That is the only thing I am hesitant about doing the muffler delete?
Not sure if you’ll see this message but I can’t find the the dual 3” tips online but only with 3.5”, i was wondering if it will still maybe fit? Thanks!
Hey bud, what type of rims are those? They look amazing on the white.
I am new to cars. Snd this is probably going to sound stupid. But how do I find the muffler delete to buy. Like online. I can’t find any
Witch one is louder the muffler delete or the resonator delete? bc I just trying to get one of there not both
Muffler delete is louder by quite a bit
Is it a dual tip or two separate single tips?
I wish he posted a link of where to get those muffler tips.. Anyone know where I could get the twin tips for less than $100???
Do you still have your cats and also did you just delete mufflers or resonator aswell
We got similar tail pipes....I love the deep tone
Is this just a muffler delete? No tune or upgrade? What exhaust is that?
Did you upgrade the air intake too?
Is there a picture anywhere showing how they piped and hung everything underneath the car?
It was both muffler deleted or just one?
Is there a ton of drone from the inside?
This sounds pretty good
also +10 points for Carti song lol
i live in jersey too if you don’t mind telling me where did you go to get your tips and what shop you go to get this welded ?
Lord Flxcko my homie welded it up for me at his shop in Atco
Funky Mac just a rear muffler delete thats it? The muffler right by the exhaust
@@slowb5844 the 2 mufflers at the back of the car yes
Oh my god I know what my next project is
Where did you get the exhaust tips from ?
Where did you get the dual tip pipes from?
Rice Wilson they are most likely custom
Did I see flame when you downshift ?
Car is sick wish They had them in London only got the saloon shape your coupe is the Business
about time the US got something good that the UK didnt haha
Lol respect bro
What's the size of the inlet after you cut off stock tip?
I get that sound from the bee nest in my yard, lol
Did you have that exhaust tip made or buy it from eBay?
What tip did you used? And size,?
Why does this sound better than most K Series with a free flowing exhaust?
Are you tuned by any chance or is everything stock?
everything else was stock in this
Not a bad tone really!
Did you get rid of the rev hang? Sounds great man. I’m leaning more so towards a resonator delete tho. What mods do you have on the car performance wise?
MrPlatinumKiller not tuned yet so rev hang is still there
All stock?
Sounds 🔥🔥🔥
Where did you get your tips?
How much does muffler delete cost?
Anyone know what kind of wheels those are?
If i get a delete can i still keep my hdmi port!!! I kinda like it
William Ruiz yes you can keep the hdmi input
Where did you get it done?
Did check engine light come on or any codes and how much was this
no CEL
Varies on your shop
does your resonator still stock? Or deleted as well?
Kristof Mauban still stock
is there a bad drone when driving?
Turnster89 almost none
My concern is highway use, I have a 20
Whered you get the exhaust tips also how do you know what size
R Reifschneider vibrant performance tips, 3”
Is this all exhaust and no tune?
yes
I'm so mad this car is not sold in Europe :'(
Sounds sick. That’s just a muffler delete? What tips did you use?
Andrew DeGeorge yep! i live near verocious motorsports so I was able to pick up vibrant tips from them
Funky Mac thinking about getting it done today but I commute 50 miles each way. Can you give an honest opinion about the highway drone ?
Andrew DeGeorge hwy drone is slim to none. i drive about 40 miles one way for my commute and don’t have any complaints.
What sz tips?
how much did it cost?
one hunnid typically
Funky Mac that is not bad
What exhaust set up is this?
literally in the title haha
did taking off your muffler void your warranty?

Only the exhaust part of the warranty.
Mac Diddles it’s a turbo charged car. There wouldn’t be any dead spots.
Brian Mahlstedt when you don’t tune your car for the exhaust yes there would be
@@macdiddles7000 Lol, no. You tune your car and you risk losing the warranty completely.
Love it
Wheels look amazing! What wheels are those?
Sean Gonzalez they look like Ambit wheels maybe? Possible the rs18. I was gong to say enkei nt03 but they’re missing a couple key features for those.
Are those 3 or 4 in tips?
