材料 Ingredients (九個份量 9 Cookies)
粘米粉二百克 200g plain rice flour
白砂糖/糖粉一百一十克 110g granulated/powdered sugar
花生四十克 40g peanuts
白芝麻十克 10g sesame seeds
水三十毫升 30ml water
生油七十克 70g cooking oil
乾蔥頭三十克 30g shallots
光酥餅木造的模/塑膠月餅模具(直徑七厘米)Cookies/Mooncake mould 7cm in diameter

Thanks for the recipe! I made it and they taste very good! Definitely a keeper. My trouble is that I use a plastic mooncake mold just like you but I have trouble keeping a perfect shape on top. Some of the decorative lines do not come out of the mold so I have an incomplete (broken) design on top. Any hint is appreciated, 张妈妈!
Hi Carolyne. Moisture of the cake mix, the pressure used on making the cake base and weather the mode is dry enough (dust it with dry flour frequently before pressing cake base)will all affect the outcome. Please check all these factors. Good luck.

Hi Amy. The weight of cake mix depends on the size of the mild, make the cake to about 1 cm thick should be fine 😊👍💕
可以用麻油代替, 直加入熟米粉?
又或者olive oil? 🙏
你好👋全部用麻油,可能麻油味太濃,喜歡的話加入5至10克便夠,欖油不要用吃沙律那種,煙點較低不適宜,用來煎炸那種可以,味道亦較淡,謝謝支持😊👍💕

你好👋對果仁敏感的話可以不放的,但祇是不喜歡花生,可以放杏仁(不是煲湯那種),合桃,開心果或者夏威夷果都可以,但要先將它們焗香才用,謝謝支持😊👍💕

分享个我妈咪教的去花生衣的方法,把花生衣搓开后,在洗手池边上边抛动盘里的花生,边对着盘轻轻吹气,缺点就是水槽边会比较多花生衣散落哈哈

张妈妈:你好!我用木模做炒米饼很难才脱模出来,而且也有点烂,有什么好方法呢?
你好👋如果用木模來做,要放些少熟糯米在模裡面,然後才放入炒米糰入內,按壓實後用力拍出便可以了,謝謝支持😊👋💕
