I go to bed early between 7 and 9 to get up between 3 and 5 every day for work. Start slowly- go to bed a little earlier every night. There isn’t enough coffee in the world that will help you if you haven’t had enough sleep.

Always looking forward to your videos! Because of work I wake up super early even on my off days so when it happens on my days off, I get up ; wear comfy clothes, go for a drive , get my favorite coffee, then take the scenic route home.
I’m going to do this! Love it! I usually do scenic route drives in the evenings. It never occurred to me to do it in the morning
