  • Street Art Curator Guilia Amborgi talks about how street art is capturing the pulse of social change, and providing an unfiltered medium for social expression by transforming public spaces across the world. Guilia Ambrogi, the Italian co-founder of St+art, the Indian street art movement, has proved that borders cannot confine passion. After three years working for MAXXI Museum, the most important contemporary art museum in Italy, Giulia was committed to spreading the culture of Public and Urban Art especially in Italy and India. Over the years she has been working with many of the world’s best street artists as Borondo, Escif, Agostino Iacurci, MOMO, M-City, Sam 3, Liqen, Daku. In 2012 Guilia participated in the creation of the Festival “Memorie Urbane” in Gaeta and the festival of urban art “OUTDOOR “, the first Italian example of open-air art district. An expert in Street Art and Public Art, she teaches a course of Management of Cultural Heritage at Sole24ore and Arcadia University in Rome, Italy.
