Well it's such an odd reference how was anyone supposed to catch that? The references are: "Great Scott!", "Heavy", "Doc, are you telling me you built a time machine at of a Delorean?", "Hey, McFly?!", "If you put you put your mind you can accomplish anything.", "Roads we don't need roads" & such. Marty's line is forgettable. And actually the actor who plays Rex possibly said something similar in other roles, at least his inflection was the same.
@@JMoviesMedia Are you kidding me? The rejection thing is a key plot point of Back to the Future. I know most people only remember the series for the time travel points, but is the plot not memorable at all?
@@PhantomationTVIt's memorable but not something so minuscule as "Look I just don't think I can take that kind of rejection." I remember Marty's mom's lines way more than lines such as that. I mean it's a line in the middle of a conversation. "I mean I think the woman was born a nun." Do you remember that line? What about the line Biff says, "Since you're new here I'll give you a break." ? What about when Shamus says, "What's a fellow without his hat."? Or how about the adjacent line when Marty says, "Look what if they say, 'you have no future get outta here kid.'"? The line was just in the middle of a conversation which makes it harder to be memorable.
Don't get me wrong, it was a good Easter egg video, I learnt some things I didn't know, but everybody knows about the Wilhelm scream and there were some straight up wrong things like rex's roar sounding "JUST LIKE THE JURASSIC PARK T-REX" nah mate, it's a bit of a stretch
In Toy Story 3 Woody (Tom Hanks) encounters Bonnie's toy German hedgehog. In Saving Private Ryan, Tom Hanks encounters real German hedgehogs on the beaches of Normandy. This is a really cleverly hidden reference that I'm surprised I found. I wonder how many other people found this.
NOOOO !!! YOU'VE FORGOT AN EASTER EGG !!! : the duck who squicks like donald duck is a PEZ ( this is a pocket size candy dispenser search on google if you don't know what is PEZ ) so there are 47 references 🤷♂️
They compare dinosaur roars, pupil dilations, rainy days and just literal choking, but fail to mention the very clear "Dinoco" gas station which is a brand name that appears largely in Cars but many other Pixar movies.
4:22 “A lot of other Pixar movies too” It shows up in every movie, just like: Pixar ball Pizza planet truck Obligatory reference to the next/previous short/movie
I was waiting for the "Mission: Impossible" reference when the duck is lowered by the fishing rod with legs to ring Sid's doorbell What a strange sentence, never thought I would type that ever in my life
the channel admins exerted a big effort. but what a genius mentality the movie makers have! the movie was made with such references but rather appropriate and independent in the context.
For all of the people saying half of the stuff in the films references are a stretch, Its on record that at least 90% of these are true. Just listen to DVD commentary orbehind the scenes videos on the film
There only thing you forgot to add about the A113 reference, it was also seen briefly in The Brave Little Toaster (1987) since some of the Disney animators and Pixar were also involved in that movie as well.
Same voice actors aren’t really Easter eggs, that’s like saying ham being played by the same guy who plays PT Flea and Mac is an Easter egg. They’re more of cameos
Another reference is when Mr Potato Head says, "What are you looking at ya hockey puck?" to the toy hockey puck, it's a reference to the actor Don Rickles' (who voicrs Mr Potato Head) famous catchphrase.
Half of these are a real stretch. Sometimes a roar is just a roar.
That said, I'll give you "Howdy, Howdy, Howdy", that's a legit find.
I gaurentee it was to add time the video is almost exactly 10 minutes long, nice one vanity...

untrue

I love how most of these are definitely a far stretch and how the video is 10 minutes 😂

Just like MrBossFTW.
Did you seriously just skip a Don Rickles reference at the beginning? You hockey puck.
I was just about to comment on that!
“Here we see a car, it’s a reference to a vehicle commonly used by humans”
During the scene where Buzz watches the Buzz Lightyear toy commercial, Buzz's laser blast sounds just like the TIE fighter blaster in STAR WARS.
8:00 you missed the reference to Marie Antoniette with the dolls without heads
The wallpaper in Andy’s room is a clear reference to the sky and clouds in real life. How did they miss that?
Literally woody spinning his head around should remind you of child's play! When Chucky has no batteries and he turns his head around
"HEY WANNA PLAY?!"
But Chucky does it instantly and is a reference itself probably to Exorcise.
Woody does it slow and talks slow like in the movie.
"Luxo Jr." was actually the 2nd Pixar Short. The first Pixar Short was "The Adventures of André & Wally B."
2:06 How could you miss the reference to Billy Crystal with Woody saying "helllooooo" like Billy does???

"I AM MRS. NESBIT"
The shot where Sid is sleeping is the same scene in Back to the Future where Marty is sleeping at the beginning and at the end
I THOUGHT that line about not taking rejection sounded similar between Back to the Future and Toy Story! 😏
1:20 Yeah, you could do him the decency of naming him... Staff Sergeant R. Lee Ermey and he was in a lot of other films.
They compare dinosaur roars, pupil dilations, rainy days and just literal choking, but fail to mention the very clear "Dinoco" gas station which is a brand name that appears largely in Cars but many other Pixar movies.
That’s different in that it’s a reference TO Toy Story in Cars
Some of these are REACHING but go off I guess
woody once told me: THERE'S A RAZER IN MY BOOT!
The teapot that Buzz has is the Utah teapot, one of the first computer animated objects. Missed that one

I thought Mrs. Nesbitt was the name of Pete Docter's grade school teacher.
So you're saying that Mr Potato head saying "Look I'm Picasso!" Is... A REFERENCE TO PICASSO???
They missed the fact that characters talk out loud, which is a reference to the movie The Jazz Singer, which introduced that in 1927.
