you need to go to Bar do Luiz Fernandes, in the north zone of São Paulo, easily one of the best botecos in the city
You should also try the mortadela sandwich at Mercado Municipal de Sao Paulo. The pastel de bacalhau there is also off the charts! My must go to every time I go to Sao Paulo.
my best bro looking handsome thank you for your huge respect against cpec countries lot of love from your best bro viki 💙
Visitar Paranapiacada ... trem aos Domingos e onibus diariamente

in Ibirapuera Park there are peaceful demonstrations against the election of president "LULA" because many strange things happened in the last election... The Brazilian people are divided and dissatisfied with the outcome of the election.... Our right to free thought is being censored by justice and the people are requesting help for the armed forces
Ivana saying "suco de laranja...sem açúcar!" was so cute! Kudos for the Portuguese, we - as people in many other countries I can imagine - love it when you show you're doing your best to learn our language.
I always say the same, this is the best sandwich in the whole world
so proud of you guys making orders in portuguese . amazing
A year ago I asked you guys what was the best season to be in Sao Paulo. And now am living almost a year here. Enjoy the beautiful city.
I hope you enjoying your time here! have fun
@@PauloHenrique-spell Sim Claro!!!! BOM DIAAAAAAA
My wife is Brazilian we always watch your videos before we go visit Brazil again. She is from Sao Paolo we can’t wait to go back in February
Estadão is definitely one of the best places to eat in São Paulo. So happy you are back to Brazil 🇧🇷
As a Brazilian from são Paulo I must say, the Mortadela Sandwich is a just a turist trap hahahaha no one really eats mortadela like that
I do
I make the best "wish sammiches " in the city, tho.
For rainy days in Brazil we have the "bolinho de chuva" which means "rain cake", its some kind of fritter. Btw, you guys are doing great with portuguese!
I can’t believe you guys forgot to ask the home made chilioil at Ponto Chic 😮 they have an amazing chilioil to, any restaurant you guys go ask for “pimenta da casa” usually is the home made recipe of chilioil 😉
Realmente, melhor sanduíche de pernil do planeta! Melhor ainda qdo vc sai da balada pra matar a fome! Estadão é vida! ❤❤❤
I'm cop in Brazil, and when I'm working at night, I usually go to the Estadão to eat that pernil sandwich ; it's delicious !
I'm loving to watch this second travel through Brazil, loving to see you guys are actually speaking portuguese and handle every situation! Welcome back guys, hope you can enjoy more and more our culinary and culture!
Hey! The Brazilian indepence museum in são Paulo just reopen from a major reform, you should definitely Go see the place! I used to love there when o was a kid
📍Rule in Brazil: when the waiters are older men, looking like they've been working at the same restaurant for over 10 years, there's a 99% chance the food is good! 😁👍
This is good advice!!
I'm from Rio and I love São Paulo! Great restaurants, nice people and fair prices.
Your enthusiasm is 10 stars! . Those sandwiches look very filling. I would have to go back for a nap. Keep safe, healthy and happy.
I recommend you guys to visit Ouro Preto or Mariana on the State of Minas Gerais. They're very beautiful cities with a lot of places to go, restaurants and botecos to visit. There you can find the famous cheese of Minas Gerais, or "Queijo mineiro" in Portuguese ;)
If you are still in São Paulo it is worth going to the Ipiranga museum which was recently reopened!
I remember in 1981 when I was working in a bank nearby, going this place to eat exactly what you guys are eating, the placel looks the same, brings me good memories of that time.
Steve Ivana you're killing us with those sandwiches😋😋😋
OMG.. I'm Brazilian living in Portugal and have never tried this sandwiches. You make me want go there right now just to eat them, but I can't. 😭
Even so, I can't stop watching your videos! You really appreciate the simple and best things from Brazil.
I went to Brazil two times. I really enjoy, the food is delicious, especially The Franco Asado. Their people are very nice. It's very cheaper and it has so many places to go by.
Bom demais.
Please, eat the coxinha at Padaria Real, it’s the best coxinha in Brasil. I’m actually from Bauru (the city from the sandwich) and I live in Québec now, so i hope you guys enjoyed for both of us ❤
True, my husband lived in Sorocaba for decades, when we were dating I would go to Sorocaba and we would go to the Real bakery to eat coxinha and he often brought me coxinhas when he came to Ribeirão Preto to see me and his family.
@@drica76 hahaha I have one friend in Sorocaba and every time I went there to see her, I came back with a LOT of coxinhas for all my family. It’s the best!
@@jullyauaunothing silly, hahaha
I am from são paulo, I recommend the beirute from frevo, it is amazing and a very traditional sandwich. And if you can,go to bar luiz fernandes is a boteco with different appetizers, very traditional as well
Holy Jesus!! I’m Brazilian living in Canada!! My mouth got watery just by seeing you eating and remembering the taste!!!! Miss Brazil!!
Brazil, my heart!! Canada, my home!! ❤️
Estadão and Ponto Chic are definitely places that I need to go! Thank you for sharing your experience!😊
In Brazil there are many words in English in Portuguese and even change the original meaning. Lanche (from the English "Lunch") is "sanduíche", that is, basically a bread with something inside. The basic coxinha is made with minced chicken. The one you saw with a bone sticking out is called "coxinha creme" (cream) and is made with a whole chicken leg previously cooked and creamier dough. Hugs, enjoy your stay!!
Back to Estadão you should try the Coxa-creme, especially with Spice, Ivana. You both ll be surprised.
Fala Guerreirinhos! Glad to see you back at Estadão! BTW, the plural of real is reais! Pizza/Pasta is definitely a comfort food. My favorite pizza in the whole world is Margherita Pizza in Jardins. As for pasta, great bang for buck at Cantina Gigio in Pinheiros. Believe it or not, but I've never had the Baurú at Ponto Chic! My recommendation is: next time you go to a boteco or lanches place, ask for "pão de queijo na chapa com requeijão na saída". They'll flatten a pão de queijo on the hot plate and add requeijão cheese after. 7 stars! Cheers, guys!

Welcome back to Brazil, São Paulo, guys! Enjoy your trip!
Go for another type of Brazilian food. I know you tasted Feijoada and Churrasco the other time you visited. Now you guys can try other regional dishes: Rabada, Baião de Dois, Moqueca de Peixe, Bobó de Camarão, Acarajé, Tacacá, Pato no Tucupi, Vatapá, Feijão Tropeiro, Arroz Carretero, Rojão, Paçoca com Carne de sol, Escondidinho de Carne Seca, Galinhada, Filhote com Açaí, Peixada Frita, Leitão a Pururuca.
In downtown and near neighborhoods, you can find many places to try all this goodness.
I'm a Canadian, and I spend five months each year in Brazil (to escape winter) and I honestly have written down your suggestions!
@@MarkWilson-ij9jd really nice to know that you are interested in our culture. Thank you. I want to Go to Canada, my brother went to Vancouver for three weeks and he loved It.
You should do a video on rooftops in São Paulo! Farol Santander and a coffee in the afternoon, Terraço Itália at sunset, Skye for a drink at night, Sesc Paulista just for the view, whatever the time. There are definitely others I don't remember but these are definitely the most famous ones
Unfortunately, Paulista Avenue is likely to be open for traffic again next subday because of the national high school exam.
Welcome to Brazil! I love your videos!
We call in portuguese "sanduíche de pernil". IT'S a must from my city!!! From SÃO PAULO!!!!
😮 made me so hungry!!! This sandwich looked amazing 🤤
Looked amazing because is amazing. Ponto Chic's Bauru Is my favorite sandwish. I'm from São Paulo city, but i am living now in the contryside of São Paulo, on Sorocaba city(Since 2013) and miss so much to eat this sandwish. I don't lost every opportunity to go there and eat this sandwish.
It is a pleasure watching u guys enjoying our food. 🥰
I just loved the respectful way to order the food in Portuguese. You guys are always welcome here!
I miss Brazil so much, watching you guys makes me wanna go visit again
Makes my mouth water alot!! I remembered the time I lived in Brazil and I used to go to this place often. The pernil sanduíche is very famous, but everything there is so delicious, and the place is open 24 hours a day.
Man, it just feel so good to see that you are enjoying your trip around São Paulo, and that you are trying to learn our language, we love to see people interest to learn about our culture, enjoying our food and learning our language! and you both are super nice.. so good trip!
Sempre será bem-vindo aqui no Brasil 🇧🇷💛 aproveita bastante que deus abençoe a sua jornada aqui no Brasil 😍
Ok I'm falling in love for this channel. I eat at the Estadão on a weekly basis. Last time I went there I was coming back from a party at like 3am (they're open 24/7) hahaha. Their original owner recently died and this was announced on every big newspaper. It's a very traditional place indeed.
So Good to see u here in Brazil, guys. Have a nice trip and thx for coming.
you guys have to try "carne louca" sandwich!
Hello mates! There's no such thing as rainy são Paulo good, cause actually it's raining all year. The place you went it's not just a snacks bar (although they call themselves lanchonete), there' are complete meals with all sorts of meats, perhaps the pernil sandwich is what make them famous. Great choice.
I own a flat just next corner to Estadao. And in past I had an office literally next door to Estadao.
Imagine how many times I had this wonderful sandwich. Just going downstairs to next door. So easy and deliciously rewarding!
I literally had a watering mouth watching your video. Nostalgia.
My favorite food on cold days is called "pamonha". It is not a meal, but a kind of dessert. You have to try it when you go to Minas Gerais. There it is very common.
And guys, I'm impressed with you ordering in Portuguese 😱😍
It’s AWESOME !! I agree with her
It can be easily found in SP too. In front of my apartment (close to Paulista Ave) there are like 3 corn stands that sell pamonha of all kinds.
You can find it almost everywhere in Brazil, just a bit more common in Minas
I'm so glad you guys got back to Brazil again.
You guys are just awesome. Thanks for coming back xx
I love them so much! Amazing couple! Kisses from são Paulo 😍😍😍🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hi, guys!! Glad to see you here, in São Paulo, Brasil!!! You're always welcome!!!
Wow.. I'm watching this video right before the lunch....it makes me very hungry 😵💫🤤
Good to have you guys back!!
Guys, you really know how to enjoy the trip!
I'm from Brazil, and I can tell you that you had an excellent meal that day! I also love these sandwiches.
If you like cheese, you should try Canasta cheese. It is an award-winning cheese in Europe, typical of the Serra da Canastra region. Maybe they'll find it in places specialized in cheese or if they go to the State of Minas Gerais, it's easier.
Hi guys! Welcome back! Try visit Santa Cecília/Higienópolis neighborhood next to República. Good restaurants, bars and cafes there. I recommend Bar Moela and Ugue's. Good food and prices.
I love that you guys are back!!! 🚀🤌🚀
I love going to Misoya whenever it's cold or raining in São Paulo. Another thing that's great to do at any season, is eating the pastrami sandwiches at z-deli.
Oh my Lord!!!! Awesome!! I am Brazilian and I am living in Canada for almost two years! Looking forward to having these sandwiches again!!!! 😅
Welcome back to Brazil guys. Brazil is a continental country, it needs time to know better. The Travelbum spent months travelling across the country. Have a nice trip.
Looks you guys have fun in Brazil! Food is really good and tip for who spent In dollars.
I like your Brazil videos before I watch them!
very happy that you are enjoying Brazil and especially the Brazilian food that for me is the best!! many people don't speak english so that's the only problem isn't it, the good thing is that you guys know a little portuguese i'm glad to see
It is true amazing. Wow Ivana too much pepper. OMG. This sandwich is super! Thanks you to share your experience in San Paolo. 👏🏼🤩😍
I went to Estadão for years, I missed it ❤️❤️ I love this place, part of my life stories
It's always so good to see when people come back to our country after falling in love with it.
I'm having so much fun watching you guys, It's so nice to see a different perspective: Steve's interest in all of those places and different things we have makes it so special, I guess I'm so habituated that I don't think like that anymore, so you've made my day. Also, Ivana is very cute, both of you actually. I miss people with your enthusiasm.
Cheers from southern part of Brazil (I'm from state of Paraná).
Guys, your videos are great, and they're making me miss my country! Keep going! :)
Love you are back, guys! Welcome again. Cheers!!
This sandwich is perfect!! I loved it!!! One of the best......
Wow looks so tasty.
1 sandwich like that will be good for 1 day meal 😋
I think you should try the original Bauru at the Ponto Chic Paissandu. In terms of traveling there is so much to see in many cities from this country from South to North....
São Paulo is a gastronomic paradise. There's endless places to eat.
I am very happy with your return to my country. I hope you have a wonderful stay!
Guys, be careful with your camera and phones specially in the downtown area. Make sure to watch out for people riding bikes or motorcycles cause they can grab your devices and run away in a minute. Welcome back. Enjoy São Paulo!
I so glad that you are back to Brazil! Maybe this time you can think about coming to the NW region, we have the most beautiful beach here ... I totally recommend Morro de são paulo and fernando de noronha.
hope to see u guys at Av. Paulista on Sunday, I’ll be there !!
You should visit the Ipiranga museum in SP... it's beautiful and shows our history!
This video made me really hungry!!
For rainy season my mom makes us "bolinho de chuva", which translates literally to rain cakes. It is a deep fried sweet cake, the one my mom makes has banana in the batter and it is really delicious!
The sanduiche de Pernil do Estadão it's by far the best sandwich of the city, the mortadela it's only "ok" next to him
Few tips of SP. Spend one full day only at Avenida Paulista visiting restaurants and museums, it's really well worth. Book in advance the restaurants at museums as Sesc, Masp, IMS , Japanese house, a few good famous restaurants.
Also a day in Liberdade there are an array of Asian foods from Thai to Korean and of course Japanese cuisine. You have to dig in there and look for the good traditional places, food is always a good surprise.
There's a neighbourhood in SP called Vila Madalena, it's a bohemian region with lots of botecos, chopperias and night clubs, good to spend an afternoon and extend till late hours, there's a lot to do there.
A small town to visit very close to SP is Embu das Artes, very cute full of street arts and artesian markets, can visit in a day trip, Saturday is a good day, not far off.
Last but not least go to a steak house, the best of Brazil are in SP. My tip would be go to Fogo de Chão it's an international famous steak house.
Enjoy our beautiful Sampa
Welcome back! Just in time for the World Cup, you guys will see how crazy Brasil gets! Haha ofc I'd recommend watching the game in someone's house doing barbecue or just at a boteco 🇧🇷💚 Btw I'll also be cheering for Canada 🇨🇦 cause of some friends, u guys and Davies, that guy is awesome kk
Bom dia , woow that sandwich looks so appetising 😋😋 , now you made me hungry 🤣
Since you are in São Paulo, you could go to MIS (Museum of Image and Sound), CCBB (Central Cultural Banco do Brasil) and Masp (Museum of Art of São Paulo)
Maaan, you just gone past the Mercadão where you can get the best sandwiches in the city. They have the most famous sanduiche de mortadela and also they have the famous Pastel de Bacalhau. You should definitely give it a go! apart from all the fruits stands in there. It's the Big Old Yellow building that was behind you guys at the beginning of this video! ;) I never miss a chance to eat in there when I go to SP!
In SP climate season doesn't matter too much, we eat rice and beans + some protein everyday.
And about cheese, you guys must go to Minas Gerais state, very good fresh, homemade Cheeses and "Doce de Leite" (In fact we eat them together).
When you meet a sad Brazilian living abroad, it's because he misses Brazilian food, especially his mother's food! Best food in the entire world!
São Paulo gastronomy is the best in Brazil. Believe me. Um abraço desde New York city, Queens. By the way I'm from Rio de Janeiro. Enjoy your stay in Brazil for the second time.
Ayeee waddup im also from queens!
