California RCA here. Welcome to the family. Head strong you got this. Its definitely mentally draining vs physically. I really like it been here since May
@@daisys5716 I get 5 to 6dys a wk. I've m9ved up the seniority ladder to become regular from 10th to 3rd in less than a yr. I would honestly say it depends on your office. In the beginning hrs weren't that good. But the more you learn the more hrs you get. Its overwhelming in the beginning shoot some days it still is. But stick with it and it will be rewarding. Good Luck
@@chantaym5065 was here for that question you answered already lol I have my orientation for an RCA position and there isn’t many videos on RUclips for RCA’s. Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for the info, I went September 7th for my fingerprints and I was worried that they forgot about me. I'm stressing, just bought a house and these bills gonna start catching up lol. I just wanna work, I'ma reach out to the CCA supervisor on Friday if I don't hear anything this week
@@superbbeatmaker I finally got email to come in for a fast track interview and fingerprints for MHA...Can anyone please clarify what the fast track interview will be about??? The type of questions they will ask??? My friend also got an email to come in and its at the same date and time so I'm guessing there will be more than 2 people interviewing us all at the same time??? Or will this be a group interview??? It mentions that this process of interview and fingerprints will last 1-4 hours??? Did we get the job if we got this email or will they be narrowly down on the applicants and those who pass the interview will proceed and move on to get your fingerprints done and then if that goes well then I'm guessing an orientation date follow up by getting hired...
How’s it been going? I’ll be starting my orientation at the end of the month for RCA as well. I’m a veteran and ex-cable guy so I don’t forsee the job being too difficult. Do you drive an LLV?
I bet beening a rca is better than beening a dockworker on a forklift that job is physically exhausting feel like a robot might need to come to post office
@@superbbeatmaker I left they only had me scheduled two days a week in on call for the rest of week and the day before would tell me I’m off but would call me 5am telling me they need me to come just to do a small route/boxes in leave after 4hrs
I did my fingerprints and pre screening July 14th and now I'm just waiting for my background check to go through so I can get my Orientation email for the CCA position. I contacted HR and they just said it's taking forever and to keep checking my email.
@@princessc1521 Yeah I talked to HR and the post office I applied for and they are just waiting for my background check to clear so the post office can call me in to do a fast track. :-) And still waiting for Orientation email.

Congratulations and good luck! I've been an RCA for a little while now. Hard work but good work.
I’ll agree with you. It’s definitely a love and hate thing. 😭
Thanks!

I applied since April and been on the Pre-Hire list since April 14. Haven’t heard anything

What time in the morning do RCA usually start and the time they clock out at the end of the day. Also how many hours a week to start.

Bro I did literally everything the exact same way u did I was looking thru spam ann everything lol
So orientation means you have the job?
Yeah you got it!!! Congrats 🥂
It's still a conditional job offer until we meet our 90 days. After 90 days, it's safe to say we are officially in.
How long it take you after fingerprints and managers meeting?
Question...when they email you for fingerprinting. Is this also the interview or is there even an interview?
