I don't know if you can hear it, but I could hear a high-pitched series of three beeps for about 1-1/2 minutes from takeoff. I also didn't like how low the engines were running. Otherwise, great video, and as usual, the audio quality is spot on! There are a few times when it becomes narrow as if you're recording in monaural audio, but then it opens back up again. Keep up the great work!

Prehistoric GEnx-2B (considering the base GE90 and GEnx-2B have the same basic turbine and compressor arrangement) 😄 Fun fact: in United service, a base GE90 (first-generation GE90) hasn't had a single instance of major engine trouble since at least 2019!

I've been a few times to the Polaris lounge at SFO. The food is such a HUGE disappointment. The regular United lounge at the A gates in Denver is much better than the Polaris lounge at SFO, which is crazy.
Curious with all the flying you do what airlines has the best goodies bag. Seems like Polaris service could do better.
That wasn't "severe" turbulence. That was moderate. Severe means all your food goes airborne.

Les turbulences ne devraient pas effrayer car elles ne représentent aucun risque pour l’appareil. Les avions sont conçus pour voler dans des conditions extrêmes et aucune turbulence n’a causé de crash dans l’histoire. Le seul et unique danger lié aux turbulences et de ne pas porter sa ceinture, de finir projeté contre la cabine et se blesser bêtement.

I wonder why he flew trough that cell over Oregon. Looked like an ordinary thunderstorm to me. Pilots know what to expect in there so why didn't he diviate right on time ?
Every video I look at for United food service on international flights, the food looks awful and boring compared to equal other international carriers. Plus United's interiors look like something designed from back in the 70s. Great video though
For a business class menu the food looked healthy but very simple. Salad ( very cheap for the Catering company ) and rice afterwards. Also the cheapest meal. I guess the ticket was around 4-5 k so all that looked really ordinary. Hm.....
Don't get me wrong. Everything else looked worth the money but not the food.
I had a choice of 5 different main courses : Beef, Chicken, fish, vegetarian (and I don't remember the last one)
which were pre-orderable a week before the flight
But I chose this one
